Subscapularis Muscle Pain

- The Subscapularis muscle is one of the main muscles in the rotator cuff, it performs internal rotation and abduction. So, if you use your arms... it's pretty important for you to ensure there is no pain, no imbalances, tightness and/or weakness. If you are experiencing one of these things, it may be a sign of Subscapularis Winging.
SNU RMT Brendan teaches us how to identify any Subscapularis disfunctions, how to stretch the area and also shows us what you would go through if you decide to get a soft tissue release. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms and have a winged scapula, you should take care of it as it can lead to frozen shoulder or even nerve impingement. Don't let this happen!

That streaching is lifechanging, way better than the classical one with the arm extended orizontally o.o
Once you go upwards, do you hold there? How long ? Thanks
How i know this tear or tight?supscapularis pls🙌🏻
I've been doing this stretch for a few weeks now and I can't tell if it's working properly. When I do it I almost feel more of a "pinch". It's not painful but it doesn't feel like other stretches I've done before. Wondering if you have any thoughts on this? Thanks!
💯👍
I am pretty sure this muscle performs adduction instead of abduction.
XD
@Szyszak 😂 my guy I found you again
