Have had 2 rotor cuff surgeries on right shoulder 2007, 2008. 72cyears old and have not worked out much since pandemic and lost muscle tone. Really wish you were my personal trainer. Your videos are awesome and so full of important information and techniques. I have 40 years of weight lifting and 15 professional trainers. Thank you for the videos. Jeanne

Impingement has been a curse. Keeps coming back. Its almost like i just need to live with it. Benching has never been the same because I'm always preoccupied with the injured side. Some days are okay but today was bad. Thanks for the video. Hoping i can get some relief.

Really good video! Can you do one on anterior humeral glide? It irritates my bicep tendon quite often.

For sure...these will all help with that actually. Same imbalances cause it (too much anterior development and tension and not enough posterior)

Why is it that if I had a slouched posture in childhood to adulthood that impingement pains can only start to develop a little later in adulthood. Why wouldn’t the humerus pinching / pain occur earlier in this situation. Is there some sort of long term tension increase in the pecs or muscle development theory that explains this?

I have shoulder impingement on right shoulder only. Also, my left shoulder is higher than right, if that has caused it?
