lol my arms were too short for the last one so I had to move them backwards
Where can I get or order that plant?
What about those that are paralyzed or are tied up on a wheelchair? They can't literally move
Thank you
How much should I take a day
I don't seem to have that issue. But let's say I move my hands from my side to in front of me to over head, I feel it pull at my oblique and core. What's causing that issue?
Thanks, man! I appreciate what you do!
Dumb as hell 😂
I can’t do them. Why hasn’t my dr figured out this is what’s wrong with my hands???
I’ve tried the powder with my daily coffee and I can’t taste it I feel great. Wish I could quit the coffee.
Can TMJ affect hearing? I have been to several ENT doctors and they say everything looks fine. My left ear has had a “full” feeling for years now. My jaw also sounds like rice crispies on that side when I open and close it. I don’t know what else to do. It causes imbalance issues and everything.
Ack!!!!! this makes so much sense. I cracked a molar on the top/right side right in half and had to get it removed, so my chewing has been maybe unknowingly one - sided. The slight click on my left side has been noticeable lately.
My dominant is my right side. I ran into your videos about a week ago and I am so thankful that I did. I have been doing your TMJ exercises every day now. Exercise #3 is taking me a little longer to do. However I will definitely be doing these TMJ exercises as much as possible to avoid another TMJ surgery. Having my jaw wired shut is not something I want to do ever again. So with that being said THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR VIDEO.
My TMJ was caused by being slapped in the face by my stepfather when I was a child which required jar reconstruction for correction as an adult. However, some of my home physical theory exercises were these 👍🏻 thanks!
Geez, that's not good. Did the exercises help you?
My jar was wired shut for 3 months post-surgery, it was difficult to open my mouth and physical therapy was limited because I still had mental in my upper and lower jar. Massaging the sides of my face as you demonstrate helped release muscle tension, stiffness, headache, etc., it allowed me to open my mouth and chew with confidence. Side note: drinking without a straw was the most challenging, still today anything liquid (soup, cereal, drinking from a bottle) is a bit difficult due to numbness on my bottom lip from surgery. Are there any exercises that might help? Thanks for listening I don’t usually talk about my past experiences but it feels so good to do so. I’ve been watching your channel for years 💙
@@litolito1893I feel your pain with the surgery. I as well had the TMJ surgery and my jaw being wired shut for months was the worst experience ever. I have once again been experiencing the grinding and popping and have went through 6 night guards. Due to my strong grinding I have broken all of my night guards and am now re-shaping my teeth down to nothing. My right side of my jaw can actually pop out of socket like the shoulder does and I have to pick my right side of my jaw up and put back into place. I am so thankful for @Guerrillazenfitness and his videos. I have been doing the exercises for a couple days now and it seems like (I hope) they will help. I wish you the best with your TMJ
@litolito1893 I'm so sorry that happened to you. I hope that you continue to heal, physically and mentally ❤️ Thank you for sharing.
Great vid my man 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Glad you found it helpful Viktor!
@@GuerrillazenFitness and as a MD I will recommend it to my patients with TMJ problems.

OMG I needed this!!! I grind my teeth so hard that I have reshaped my teeth lol. TMJ surgery sucks and don’t recommend having your jaw wired shut. So I def will be training myself to do this!!!! Thank you so much for this. I’m excited to try this.
I love how you are straight to the point. Great video
5:05 wall L-sit raise 6:58 standing knee raise 10:41 seated flexor "crunch"
thanks for making these time stamps...I'm sure people will find this useful! I do recommend listening to the beginning part tho as that's very important to understand! <3
@@GuerrillazenFitness agree. Entire video was well done
Hello, thanks for this video. Downloaded workout on my phone but cannot find it anywhere. Website prevents me from downloading again. Any ideas where I might find it? Thx.
More routines, please
If you have knee problems and getting older, this exercise may be a problem.
That's why I always get a bowl of pho with everything and extra tendons 👌🔥 it's straight up medicine.
Thank you for this very helpful advice! All your videos are great!
Super! Would this help my torn hip labrum ? Thank you
That's something to ask your doctor about...but probably not. These are hip flexor strengthening exercises...not something specific to the labrum
lol what? No. Just no.
I bet that is harder than it looks
low weight dumbells could be a viable replacement for the special ilopsoas tool
❤❤❤🙌🏻
❤❤❤🙌🏻
Where can I buy that stick?
yep my jaw dropped when you mentioned the first cause I am a huge side sleeper thank you so much!
I had a very intrusive knee surgery and as a result I developed a pelvic tilt due to my left leg working so much harder for a long period of time. Thank you for this my friend.
My advantage is I dont have overdeveloped traps, I sumply have no traps 😂😂😂
Thank you so much!
Blake, what is more common for a person sitting 8 hours a day in front of a computer? Pelvis tilt or its shift? When I hang on the bar and raise my straight legs to the head, then lower them down to the parallel (to the ground) position I feel immense tension in my quads. It is a sign of weak flexors and the pelvis shift right ?
Really depends on HOW you sit....is your pelvis slumped out infront of your or are you arching your back? In my experience the frontal shift with weak hip flexors is most common...there are a few exceptions tho
I went through living hell due to loosing mind muscle connection, appreciate this very very much.
Thanks for your exercises Blake!
Glad to hear that neil
I'm pretty sure my anterior pelvic stilt started early in my life. I was very active, weights, running everyday and yoga in my 20's and 30's. I tried to activate my glutes for years mid 30's with no success. Then I found out I had hip osteoarthritis. 4 years of nothing working, I conceded to a hip replacement at 41. I'm 6 months out, been releasing my hip flexors with the hip hook everyday and now that my hip is fixed...the work I am doing is actually sticking! I'm starting to be able to feel my glutes again!!! APT and osteoarthritis....do you think it was the chicken or the egg?;)
I also tried your APT solution (before;)...should probably start it again!
Wow the river!
Suffering from psoas nerve entrapment and there is no video to solve my problem
Could you give exercises for anterior tilt /sway back
I've made SO many videos on anterior tilt already I'd encourage you to watch those old ones....sway back is almost completely the opposite and this video applies more to that
Those are words of the wisest teachers in history. “Don’t take it from me, try it for yourself.” Blake thank you for making videos that are accessible!!
My pleasure!
tks Blake 🙏
🙌
Great video man. I really got value from the "tight hip flexor" meaning possibly long, tight and weak. Game changer. I am going to try these assessments and exercises. I have recently found that if my core (or possibly some of the hip flexors/glutes) are not engaged properly, I get weakness/pain in my knees. Sometimes a crunching sound (painless). Any idea what this could be?
Glad to hear it! Regarding your second part, no I don't know what that could be...
Can you make a video on sternoclavicular joint popping and stability
Possibly...do other people have this issue? Like this comment if so!
GuerThiccaZen
that really didn't even work lol
Thanks for giving us a way to evaluate our posture.
of course :)
Digging those shorts 😍
Lol all this work to make a video and a shorts comment hahaah
