I got into a coffee shop co-ownership business. Some things that they promised were not done. Like they changed the branch where to put my shares, they did not issue a bank card to give the dividends...up to now they are not giving dividend payouts because they were claiming they have negative sales. Do you think I have a strong reason to sell back my shares to them?

Hi for co-ownership there's no need to have a secondary license. However both owners' names should be registered with the SEC.
Pero bakit nagbibigay ang sec ng advisory sa mga company na nag ooffer ng co-ownership like gas stations.
