    Videos like this are classic and comprehensive for one’s understanding…I do appreciate your works to the community!
    It’s being quite a year and couple of months now I’ve been trading and investing in market commodities, making huge gains and a loss at same time while learning under Mr. Ray Perkins mentorship platform. He’s the best I’ve worked with all through my trade journey.
    Thanks to him I earn on a weekly basis having him manage my account and portfolio!

      A joint stock company is where shareholders of a corporation can sell each others's stocks and ownership is proportionate; a joint venture is usually a company formed by two businesses for a same interest, and; a business trust is a company where assets are transferred to a trustee to be managed for its beneficiaries

    Nice topic mga bosing as usual very helpful sa mga new investors. What about buying or subscribing to bond sa COL Financial? Mas mataas ba yun interest rate compared sa Banks? What are the disadvantages and advantages naman compared to investing sa COL and Banks? Salamat po pag nasagot.

    • @WealthArki
      @WealthArki  Před 6 lety

      last time we checked, COL financial does not have the facility for bonds, but bond mutual funds.
      of course, you get more upside through prudent trading and investing with COL financial versus bank products, although banks now also have UITFs and mutual funds that let their fund manager do the trading on your own behalf already. it really depends if you can do the trading--if you have the time, skills, etc.--on your own. otherwise, you can just go with bank UITFs or mutual funds that invest in the stock market.

    Sir, good day po sa inyo dalawa! may tanong lang ako about this topic, (1) pagsinabi po ba sa halimbawa na 5%per annum, one time earning ba ito nung ininvest mong halaga o average earning ng 12 month of the year na parang NAVPS? (2) yun po bang bond coupon sa bond anu po ba yun, bago mo kuhanin yung isang bond given na po ba nila yung coupon bond schedule na halimbawa monthly or semi-annual? (3) ang bond po ba ay fixed interest, example if you agreed in 5% per annum in a period of ten years. dito po ba sa price value ng 5% mo kukuhanin yung coupon bond mo, halimbawa 100k bond ako, at yung coupon bond ko naka schedule ng monthly of example lang po ha 5K value per annum interest, ito po ba ay 5K diveded into 12 month period at ito yung value monthly coupon bond na pwede mong matanggap? (4) meron po bang bonds na nagbibigay ng compounding interest? abangan ko po yung sagot nyo ha, salamat po!

    • @WealthArki
      @WealthArki  Před 6 lety +3

      1) earning of your principal per year 2) it is given already before the bond issuance 3) it is the interest per year you get either semi annual or quarterly (so divided by 2 if semi annual, divided by 4 if quarterly) 4) none. they all pay out dividends. thanks!

      @@lowellbasco8725 yes, COL Financial does not have entry fee for mutual funds, but your investment would largely be self-directed; meaning, you would not have any relationship manager or advisor to advise on your investment.
      with mutual fund companies, you have a certified investment solicitor that will advise you and handhold you in your investments.
