Sorry, they can't win it. Lost to UW twice, whom, UM beat by 21. OSU, and Penn State will smash O too.
@@messagetous living in the past won’t help you
@@messagetousteam is better then last year on the defensive side by a mile
So sick and tired of people shitting on Oregon like we're some mid tier G5 school. It took 5 years for Kirby to win a Natty at Georgia. It took Jim Harbaugh 9 years to win one at Michigan and he had 16 years of head coaching experience at that point! Hell, it took Nick Saban 10 years and 3 schools to finally win a natty as well and he's the goddamned GOAT! And people think that a 3rd year head coach, who by the way already has a ring as a DC, can't even win a conference title? Fuck off with that noise. We got robbed of a Natty in the BCS era, knocked off a juggernaut FSU team in decisive fashion to make it to the first ever CFP natty but just because our uniforms look better than theirs old blood SEC and B1G scrubs think we're just posers. Well a reckoning is coming, mark my words. The days of the Ducks are dawning and doubters can either deign and defer or die in defeat. SGO DUCKS!
What have yall won? Nothing, that's why people are s**** on oregon
And how many natty do yall have? 0
Good luck with Ohio State and Michigan every year.....
Let's see Georgia, Michigan, LSU, and Alabama have all won titles prior to Kirby, Nick, and Jim. Where are the titles that Oregon has won before Lanning got there. Zero. Yeah you guys beat an overrated FSU team that year because they were not one of the 4 best teams. They had a ton of comebacks that year and could have lost 4 games, but then the next game was where you guys couldn't handle against a better team. Not sure where this reckoning is coming. Oregon fans think they are something they clearly have never shown. You've never shown you have been Miami of the 80's, FSU of the 90's, USC of the 2000's, or Bama of the 2010's.
Won 3 Rose Bowls on a row - 2012, 2015, 2020 . Won The most Pac-12 Championships since the conference had twelve teams. Have a top ten winning percentage. Played in 2 Championship games. Came from nothing as well @@SovereignInvestmentsEDIT: Also have many various bowl wins.- Fiesta v Kansas State, Alamo v Texas, Holiday v Drake Maye NC, Redbox v Michigan State, several others I can't even remember. And most losses in big games have been very close.
I’ll bet that Lanning’s gonna do for Oregon what Schnellenberger did for Miami; win us our first national title and more.
Good luck with Ohio State.....
Talk with us after the Ohio State game..

From a Michigan fan, of coarse Oregon can win the Big Ten title.
Thank you for the kind comment. And thank you for beating Washington last year. I would take any team to win a NATTY than Washington and USC. Both their fans annoy me.
Of course Oregon is coarse.
And they can win without cheating
Why do all Michigan fans feel the need to say “From a Michigan fan”
Love you, big blue!
Can they? Yes.
Will they? ..... 🤷♂️

it'll be oregon or ohio state
Or the regining 3 time big ten champion I am a Ohio State fan to go bucks
Y’all been saying that for 3 years….
@@dez7649 been saying Oregon might win the big ten for three years huh
Absolutely….👊🏻🏈
Oregon already recruits better than everyone in the B1G besides Ohio State.. I'm still curious what these 4 new programs will look like in the B1G, but Oregon will likely become a problem if they're not already..
They absolutely can. Every tool they need to do the job is right there for Coach Lanning and company. The question whether or not they actually will. I’m thinking their major hurdle will be Ohio State, but that’s just my humble opinion…
RTR
this duck fan agrees i believe Ohio state bult their team to beat Oregon and win the big10
People saying we wont are just biased. They just don't want to see oregon succeed for whatever reason
I'll counter and say Oregon has to prove it. They are very similar to Ohio state because they get hyped up and then lose the big games. Don't get me wrong lanning is a great coach, but I'm not going to believe anything about Oregon, I'm just gonna see what happens on the field.
would be nice after all the disrespect to the pac 12 from the sec and big 10 fans
It’s definitely possible, they will have one of the country’s top offenses, like in the early 2010s. Their defense will be much better than that era
I've not seen any B1G fans not be excited to see the expansion or disrespect the newbies. I've seen the flip.
@sumdude4281 I've seen plenty. Usually, Nebraska fans claiming we are going to flop just like they did.
The wrong schedule was put up there for Oregon. The Hawaii game on 8/24 has been dropped...Go Ducks!!!
Oregon will win the Big Ten!
Oregon vs Ohio State in Indy.
Everyone don't for will stein used to play quarterback for the st.louis cardinals of course he's good at OC. And coaching the quarterback is his special talent watch.
No offense to Bo Nix, because he was an upgrade for us last year. But Dillon Gabriel will make our team more dangerous this year. He’s more accurate and we have a better chance of winning the NATTY with him in my opinion.
Nix was quite literally the most accurate QB in CFB history. 77%+ with 400 attempts. Two interceptions (one bounced off the hands of a receiver) to 37 touchdowns. That's unheard of. Gabriel is good, but we were absolutely spoiled with Nix.
@@Waaterbottle We’ll soon see how right I am. Bo was an upgrade, but Gabriel is more composed especially when down in crunch times. That’s what I’m referring to.
@@Waaterbottleand the other INT was from a guy who was out of bounds and came back in. Shouldn’t have been an INT
@@WaaterbottleI swear these people don’t actually watch games 😂
@@natehyatt1774you think I don’t watch games. You’re right! Not on TV when they play home games @ AUTZEN. I’m only a ticket holder. What about you?
As a Michigan fan (lol) of course they can, they the one team I really got my eye on in the conference
Oregon is taking over this new era of Big Ten football. Alpha Lanning is a tier above anything else in this conference. Ryan Day and James Franklin haha! Coach Lanning is licking his chops!
Lanning and Day are both best against the worst teams and worst against the best. Idk how you can say Lanning is better at the moment.
@@RadicallyOptimisticLanning and Day aren't even in the same category.. Day has won lots of big games, lost some too.. but Oregon beating Ohio State this season would easily be Lanning's best win to date..
Husker fan here I have always liked Oregon, and I think your coach has a bright future! Do they have a chance to win the B1G in year one short answer....... Hell yeah they do! The thing I see challenging for the new additions as a whole. Is coming east during the colder/windy months and dealing with the traveling long distances. Sure B1G teams will deal with that too looking at you Maryland. I hope they do well and get in the CFP conference championship won't mean anything soon unfortunately.....
It gets cold in the northwest too. It doesn’t snow often but it rains sideways and is miserable. I think the weather thing is overblown
@Brandontheduck definitely agree with you it does get cold but trust me when I say it's a different kind of cold with a wind that can cut through you. Also the other extreme places like Nebraska it has been a 116⁰ on the field on October Saturdays! Just saying with travel and conditions I think there will be a learning curve is all
it gets very cold here too. especially east of the cascades where i live
Poncho at center for the ducks in 2024
Long time Husky fan here: You guys are loading up. We are, too. Here's to us demonstrating our 'soft approach football' to Big Ten teams as we kick their asses!!!! I think that you guys will dominate us this year, but a couple of years down the line, I think that our two teams will dominate the Big Ten.
Lmao yall been In the big ten how, and still haven't won shit, yall not dominating anything

Yes they can but we will see after the season is over if they did!! Sco Ducks!!
Go Ducks
Sco Ducks!
Undefeated
Ducks get tOSU at home. Autzen is a tough place for visiting teams.
Harbaugh is gone, but Michigan will be tough.
Lanning is young and aggressive, which may cost him a close game loss.
But this will be the year Phil Knight will watch his Ducks hold the trophies for winning the Big 10 and the playoffs for a national championship.
Go ducks baby 🔥🦆

Go ducks!
Yes, they can, but it could be tough.
Oregon gonna take a big steamy crap on the B1G’s chest. Duck Dynasty is starting this season with our first natty.
3 ,4 star corners in portal
It’s Oregon and OSU
Any everybody else
Sco
They could but it really comes down to the line of scrimmage which cost them against Washington twice. It’s gonna be huge especially when it’s a lot better in the Big 10
West coast folks can't seem to reckon with that particular difference in those two position groups.....
@tacticalmattfoley Y'all are going to be surprised by how good Oregon will be on the line of scrimmage. Oregon doesn't have the fest undersized lines that they used to. There is a lot more size and depth than Oregon has previously had there.
@@tacticalmattfoleyOregon had a top 10 offense and defense all season because of the trenches. Go read a book.
If they don't, they cheated for nothing. I hope they get everything they deserve.
They certainly have the raw talent to do it. There are three or four real contenders to win the conference, plus there's always some random team that makes a surprise run. Who actually wins it will depend on a bounce or two in a couple of games.
There’s only 3 contenders Oregon Ohio and Michigan that 4th pennstate is completely out of the question
@@Jrm-xs9qi Penn State has 1% chance to win it but thats still better than the zero most of the conference has. For instance Iowa or Nebraska have 0 percent chance.
@@tomdemay6147 dood you need help if you think pennstate has even a 1% chance🤣🤣🤣 their odds are zero Oregon Michigan and Ohio are the ones competing you just are one of the pennstate fans that they have a shot but never have had a shot and never will we call pennstate the little brother of the big ten no one really cares about em besides the big ten commissioner
@@tomdemay6147 I would rank pennstate at the level of Nebraska and Iowa but at the top of this tier because pennstate wins against nobody schools and lose to actual talent and competition
OSU or Oregon most likely
I'm still a Duck fan, I lived in the Northwest for 39 years before moving 10 years ago. For them to win it will mean not only the talent but an attitude well beyond a different neon uniform every week. In other words beyond the shallowness of image OU administration was bent on. They have to know who they are... as young men, individuals and a team.
OU? You're not a Duck fan, nice try.
Josh, think you’re missing the question of transitioning to a new conference. Nebraska entered the BIG10, A&M the SEC, Colorado the PAC 12,,, list goes on but I don’t recall anyone making a seamless entrance into a new conference. Possibly, Utah. It will be interesting to see as you noted Ducks have 4th best odds to win a national championship, but I’d give them the same odds of winning NC as they have of winning BIG10.
All 3 of those teams sucked when they moved but depending on their line play and depth they gonna get beat up every week teams change when one or 3 players out 3 games
@@KALICOE Nebraska was 10-4 the season prior, and then went 9-4. A&M was 7-6 before entering and then went 11-2. So, firstly you are clearly have interesting take on what constitutes “sucks” and apparently A&M transitioned pretty well to the SEC . To be honest Nebraska did okay as well. So, my point was moot
@campbellcampbell9059 I'm a Nebraska fan to us we the teams we lose to now we barely squeak by
Let him cook
Michigan ohio game wont be the same no more winner take all and on top of that Michigan won the last championship under that format if you ask me Michigan had the last laugh sorry ohio
Well I see the doubters and the Anti-West Coast powerhouse schools are in the building. Guessing jealousy has set in for most who are bummed Dan left GA. and choose to dump on him as a HC. I guess they really don't want to see a new Head Coach succeed and have a championship team which is what Dan has built. Jealousy from having the 3rd best recruiting class for 24. In addition, this defense should ranked in the top 5 nationally. What does a defense do? It wins championships. And Oregon has that defense. So instead, these nit-wits resort to name calling like little children claiming Oregon has got nothing. They are about to get a rude awakening. Dan Lanning is about to put these little children in their place for the upcoming season. I can't wait.
Can they? Yes... Will they? No...

Could they? Yes.....However, Oregon had their most talented team in decades last season and was out coached by Washington TWICE...Good luck with Ohio State.
UW had over 20 some odd seniors, including 8 SIXTH year players. Ducks were one of the youngest teams in the country.
This year's team has even more talent and depth. Washington's greatest strength was against Oregon's "worst" position group. Luckily for Oregon, there isn't a coach on the level of DeBoer in the B1G.
Ohio state gonna get spanked
