I made it with vanilla instead of a syrup and topped it with whipped cream and a crushed strawberry. I’m not a fan of carbonation but this wasn’t bad.

Does the sola bread not spike your insulin? Every "keto friendly " bread ive reviewed say they spike and I don't want to spend ton of money trying all of them. Any advise?
I've had the same problem with the Skinny Syrups. Spiked my blood sugar cause they have sucralose in them.
Just looked and the Sola bread has stevia, so it should be ok.
The spike effects are different for every person so unfortunately only way to know is to try them
