As a CB:RO player, these animations were probably for CB:RO because of the bar in the bottom left. Looks like the CB:RO Health/Armor bar.
or that was jus the gun system, it did originate from cbro so thats probably just the default hud
Id be interested in a video demonstrating how you create these designs and animations.
Rolve does it by using Blender 3D.
