He is doing in right way , your back will always bend when you lift heavy weight but in light weight your back will be straight 👍🏻👍🏻
@@thedoodleguy25 it's not just about the back bend he is not using his legs and hips correctly to generate power from his lower half, his hips rise 1st instead of rising in sync with his upper back, agreed the weight is too heavy for him, maybe he should do some accessory workout to make his glutes and hamstrings strong and heavy barbell rows for upper back strength..

Great explanation sir. Now I understand why I used to experience pain while doing crunches on declined bench and then I shifted to normal floor crunches. Sir, can you please respond which is better declined or normal floor crunches?
Neither is better nor worse. They're just two different tools. Go with the one with which you're comfortable with proper form
