I just listened to the whole album: In one word, BRILLIANT... Loved it from the beginning to the end... Therion is, and will always be, the best band in the world... I'll never bow down in front of kings and queens, but I bow down in front of Christopher Johnsson, the best composer in this planet...

He could have just quit writing music after Vovin and still be one of the alltime best anyway.

I'm writing right now from place, where Codex Gigas was probably created. I live just a few steps away from this place. Here it was written (one of several places) and here it was hidden. I've been waiting for a long time which metal band will return to this huge work. Greetings from the Czech Republic. Mainly to Sweden, you ras****! ha ha

I don't know how many of you have realized that Thomas Vikström is the longest running lead singer for Therion. His vocals are a huge part of the modern-era of the band.
Does Lori Lewis count? I know she backed out of live shows like years ago. But far as I know she still records on studio albums. I think she arrived in 2007 slightly before Thomas. That is if you still count her as an *active* band member.

@@JudgeSpektre yeah she's still an active, official member of the band, she's just not touring. I think she joined Therion the same year as Thomas (2007) just a little bit later.
@@thans2838 actually I own *live Gothic *. A well live show they did back in 07. The male leads were Matts Levin and Snowy Shaw. Lewis was also featured. I think Levin left soon after and Thomas took his place. Or he just wasn't there for some reason. Doesn't really matter I guess. It's no competition. Props to the man for being full time since 2007!
