I agree the base rzr transmission low gear is hardly any different than high. Seems like they should all atleast be geared like a highlifter. And the highlifter another 27% above that. Great video todd. Your rollers working great in my 16 xp1k hle
Brent, my 2016 Highlifter in high range at 6000 rpms is running only 25 mph I’m having heat problems with belt and front differential. I trail ride 75% and rock craw 25% and running on 32” Rocktaine tires. Please guide me in the right direction thanks Wes
Great info .. i just gor a 2021 1000 turbo s I live in California and ride alot of mountain dirt roads and I am 1.2 hours from the Rubicon and go out there couple times a year and now in winter we are doing snow mountain trips .. I don't realy care to go over 60mph would rather be able to climb rocks .. my question is with gear reduction in the trany will that stress all my moving parts vs having the reduction at the wheel ..
I know this is an older video but I have heard you make a comment in a lot of your videos, fast rider. What, in your opinion, type of speeds are you considering fast? I trail ride 30-40 about half the time and the other half of the time is half those speeds and a little mud play with some hilly stuff. I just put on some 30's, and have the belt from you all, on my 20 900 s. Would a clutch kit be beneficial in that sense?
Thanks I have a razor 570 question I have is do I need a clutch kit on mine with 27 inch tires an to help with wheel hop going down hills an would it help a lot with transmission I saw video on a review on mine an he said I did need one with one way bearing thanks a lot.
New to the bigger tire area... have a 2020 ranger crew 1000premium.. 26 inch stock tires..wanting to add 30 inch tires...thinking maxxis carnivores.... normal ride in high gear on typically hard pack dirt roads with ocassional mud..no deep mud riding. What would you recommend? Thank you
I am contemplating a low gear reduction for my 19 Turbo s. I like to go to moab, so full speed top end and ultra low gear for rock climbing. I sure wish I knew more about swaping gears.
I know this is an older video but i follow your info a lot and plan on trying your belt soon. I have a 2016 S900 with 30 inch mud tires right now and they do ok with my motherclutcher primary and secondary with round rollers. If i go up to 33s and bigger wheels would i be better with portals or a reduction? We ride trails and the occasional mud hole in south Louisiana.
thanks for the information. Your videos helped educate me about my UTV
Thank you for this vid!!! I have a xp 1000 thi king about going 30 or 32 just didnt know what to do on clutch....thank you.
Great video!!! Thank you for the explanation!
Very informative. Thank you for taking the time to post this.
BRENT IS A GOOD DUDE! I have done alot of business with him!

Thanks for doing a video on this topic. I've been preaching this for years. Almost using the same analogy
Such awesome info! Thank you
