I got to meet Matt at the stage door after his wonderful performance in 'The Philanthropist', and I must say he is absolutely delightful in real life. Matt if you see this, keep up the fantastic work, and please don't stop!
Matt Berry deserves every inch of praise for his work. People truly have no idea how much influence and work he has done to get this.
Loved him for about 14 years , maybe longer. I knew from day 1 as SANCHEZ he was gonna get his day. Truly love the man.
He deserves it for his Absolute Radio links alone.

Toast is a great show
I wasn't expecting that Londoner accent to come out of him. So used to the grandiose voice he's so famous for.
I've been working my way backwards with Matt's career starting with "Shadows" , "Toast" and "IT Crowd". It's great to discover his ass-kicking body of work. So glad he won a BAFTA. Hell of a comedic actor.

I am a newbie to matt berry...I am so crazy about him I watched toast 3 times...obsessed with him in IT crowd....anything he does i will watch...he is helping me through this shite virus...and everybody on toast...doon I adore...as a Canadian we have to search out the brit shows and they are some of the best of television and film...cannot get enough of matt...bafta well deserved...I will name my next dog clem fandango

Honestly one of the most Iconic talents for me. Very talented guy, and he was blessed with an amazing voice that he uses to the fullest extent. If only he had double the blood like Michael Ball, he could easily belt out those Power Ballads!

I really loved this show and it makes me sad it appears to have ended so quickly(if it even has, IMDB doesn't have an end-date for it) and I really hope, if it has ended, that someone else would pick it up and allow it to run by the same, signaturely-British uncensored parameters it ran by before.
I love the show, I want more, and I don't want it to change, selfish as all that may sound.

Gotta say.... The *audio technical people* must have used Allot of *auto tuning* to Make matt berry sound (with both characters in toast and it crowd) With a heavy bass voice.
There's *no way* that matt berry can naturally sound like the two characters with booming voices.

Just in case you don't know Matt is quite the keyboard player and does his own music gigs. I saw him at a gig in Birmingham a few years ago - not bad at all.

He said in an interview somewhere that if he did another season it would themed in the USA. But I guess he didn't come up either the material or the funding.
