I have never seen this level of development all around Jamaica in all Mt life..not only drax hall but Spanish town, portmore, montego bay, and all over Jamaica I don't see how people can say this government isn't working
I'm new to your content, and I really like the vibe you're giving off. Positive vibes all around (and that bit with the duck made me laugh) To answer your question in the title... no, Ocho Rios is not losing business to Drax Hall. In fact, I think it is growing alongside Ocho Rios. Drax Hall's population has blown up... enough to the point where it needs it's own urban area to sustain itself. There are several businesses in the area that move to Drax Hall to ease the congestion off Ocho Rios, while still benefitting from being near Ocho Rios. That's primarily why Knutsford Express moved to Drax Hall... they still technically consider it to be Ocho Rios. Courts is also coming to Drax Hall for a similar reason. Anytime something is marketed in North East St. Ann, it's often said to be in "Ocho Rios". Even as far as Richmond, Priory; some places do that (eg. Plantation Cove). They REALLY want that Ocho Rios location benefit it seems, lol. So no, again, I don't think Drax Hall is robbing businesses from Ocho Rios... it just seems to catering more to the more "luxurious" side of St. Ann; the "New Kingston" or "Ironshore" of Ocho Rios if you will.
Beautiful Jamaica 🇯🇲 a lot of new developments

Is Drax Hall St. Ann's Bay or Ocho Rios ?
@@garfieldwhittaker944
It is know as Drax Hall St.Ann between ocho Rios and St.Anns bay.
Good question. It's Drax Hall proper, but all these places are getting integrated into each other pretty quickly thanks to all these developments lol.
