My only criticisms are, the neighbour's house is too close, and the idea of having the helper's bedroom in the reception area. The helper needs her own private space as well.

Yes it's beautiful, but in Jamaica, I need some land and lots of trees, Ackee, Mango, pear, Coconut, plum, cherry, Tamarind, sweet sap, sour sap etc. Pretty house alone does not do it for me.
It is always a plus to have fruit trees 🤤

Well done, realtor. Your presentation of the house is phenomenal. It is a grand and beautiful home. My only drawback is that this house needs more front yard or backyard for a place in St Mary's Jamaica. There needs to be more greenery, especially at that price point; outdoor entertainment is out of the question.

This is really beautiful. You sold this like the pro that you are. However, for modern-day building didn't see any solar, water heater or any rain water harvesting amenities. Also, remember this is Jamaica. Didn't see any grill or any such thing to prevent unwanted entry. Unfortunately, we can't sleep with our doors or windows open.
But not to take anything away 8.5/10

Excellent presentation of a magnificent property. This is motivating me to move back to Jamaica. I must admit though, I have concerns about crime and security in such a large property. I would imagine that a good security system must be available with reliable support to ensure safety. Andrew Duncan or Kaida, could you please add a comment regarding security 🙂

For a beach front property this is usually the outdoor space you get. You would need to be a little further from the ocean to get that or pay double the cost of this.

I love seeing an ultra model home like this in Jamaica but it is overpriced in my opinion. I can spend the same amount and even less for a similar home in the Los Angeles (USA) area. If I'm buying a home overseas or in Jamaica, I would like a good deal.
A similar home on the beach in LA for under $3 million? I sincerely doubt it. This is a beach house on a hill above the beach. You have direct access to the beach below.
