I came across a cheater squad that had instant wiggle and infinite flashlights (and I don't mean infinite battery, I mean literally infinite flashlights. I had Franklin's Demise and by the end of the game there were around 30 flashlights on the ground)

I've noticed that cheaters have become way more common as of late when queueing as killer. Had so many survivor cheaters as of late. They pretend to be subtle to a certain point but when you outplay them and borderline a win they go all out and just permablind you or fly away and do all gens instantly. I wish there were an option to opt out of playing with epic games players.
The other day had a survivor who somehow managed to escape when there was no possible way. Hatch was closed, no one had keys, and I had No Way Out which never triggered- all of a sudden it says she escaped. They’re shameless

So far we have been reported more than 500 cheaters, in around 40 different games, and most of them got banned a few days later. We do this job for free. Our goal is to make a better environment for all gamers. One less cheater means one more enjoyable game.
We need to normalize the term "Script Kiddies", since most of these cheaters don't actually hack - the program they pay for, or got from their friend, does the hacking.

David wasn't a cheater I think. When he got unhooked he had 14% speed boost -- 7% from the save with BT(20 sec duration) + 7% from Hope, although I'm not sure if Haste effects stack.
at 10:30 he was unhooked and already fully healed. granted it could be cuz of nea but i noticed hackers have weird names often so they are practically unsearchable, so harder to report and ban

A big easy fix to a lot of hacker issues is adding the ability to stop crossplay with Epic Games if you're playing on Steam (and visa versa for Epic players) Partly because everyone knows that if you play a game that existed on Steam first, but play it on Epic Games, you're probably a shady sort in general. Epic's system just isn't as safe as Steam's, and Steam isn't even that safe either.

After a year I started playing DBD, finally I'm taking more time to be a killer. Testing almost all of them for the first time (except Wraith and Doctor). I was playing as the alien last night and watched a survivor run into a locker, when I opened the locker she wasn't there. As I walked away watching the locker she had just gone into and I had opened, she popped out, tea bagged and ran off. First time I've seen that hack. It was frustrating but the story has a good ending, killed them all, saving the hacker for last. I downed her fruend and let him bleed out under the hook, I hooked her there and when he bled out, the hatch soawned 10 feet in front of her hook. I walked to it, shook 'no', then closed it as the entity took her.

I couldn’t catch up to him like other survivors. I killed 2 people while there were 2 gens left and the last 2 people The Dwight and a Nea) started blatantly cheating. Flying, jumping, spam notifications and stunning me on a pallet like 100 times.
It’s because they are cheating, they are hacking the game! Always report the player! I’ve been getting a few myself. No matter what i do, I could never catch up to them.

David is a hacker. Faced him myself as a hag with a bunch of aura reading addons and watched him fly through the floor to get an unhook cross map. He had the gall to play with a streamer who was spectating him as well
Cheating seems like such an easy thing to overcome as a company. Hire a few people that monitor players with ridiculously high win rates for signs of cheating and ban them, done. Id be more than happy to get paid to do this for 8 hours a day, just minimum wage will do nicely. And this plan can be implemented in EVERY game with PvP, just monitor the higher K/Ds, record footage for evidence in case of disputes. Worst case, just shadow ban them so they end up in lobbies against other cheaters instead all the time.

@@ニーア0 it's because the nea had BT, which extends the haste status when you're unhooked. so he had 20 seconds of unhook haste + hope (total 17% haste - that's faster than the killer)

a week or two ago i had a cheater in my match. it was a steve that i was chasing around an L and T wall, except he was only running the L. i chased him around in a circle around the L wall for 20 seconds and wasn't closing any distance (he never took a vault and i never doubled back). it was my first time encountering a "subtle" hacker and it killed what remaining joy for the game i had. i haven't played since.
My friend whos new to dbd found a bully squad with a cheater he was nearly as fast as him when cloaked as wraith and could use his flash light anywhere to blind him and then had the gall to say “gg ez get gud”
dude survivors will really do anything to win despite being more powerful and having more utilitys than killers along with more options and generally being faster than a lot of killers
Despite being a newer player of the game itself(Not a new player of the community I have been watching CZcams and Twitch on it for years, just finally got the game)(I did buy a few dlcs though quickly into owning the game.) I have met two cheaters, one on that snow lodge map and the other one on RPD. The first one was being very subtle until I managed to down them with a Nemesis tentacle swing and then they stopped being subtle and just pressed their instant win button do all gens stuff on me and that was fun. Second was as Knight. I was chasing a Survivor along the upstairs walkway of the lodge and got stunned by that one locker perk by who turned out to be the cheater. I decided I had lost too much ground against the person I was chasing and switched to the other, using the patrol to place the Jailer where they were gonna run off to. That's when I noticed how suspiciously fast she was compared to the Jailer, but chalked it up to some perk I didn't read up on and continued normally. I mean Skull Merchant came out and I did not read the Surv perks yet. I finally concluded it was cheating when I downed her on the big snow machine loop next to the building and she began to crawl WAY too fast, like to a degree where I couldn't even assume perks I didn't know about were at play. She oddly decided to try and remain subtle the entire match despite this and she managed to escape on a tie with another Survivor due to her speed hacks. In the post game screen she had ZERO speed perks, all 4 of her perks were geared toward lockers like that would throw off suspicions. She played dumb to a fault in post game when me and one of the Survs in a very gigachad move also called her out.
I came across a bully squad and didn't even realise they were cheating until I watched the game for play review. They do a great job of pushing you right to the limit, but you just can't seem to get to hooks... or they sabo at the last moment... Heal just in time... perfect body blocks/hits taken... Some indicators were --> they all had boil over effect show up when I picked them up... sabotaged hooks in absurdly short times, healed in suspiciously short times (until I watched someone heal in 8 seconds in front of me), picked each other up absurdly quick (you get a few downs and they'd be back up and running in 10 seconds, then fully healed in 20). Somehow took the Ebony Mori as an offering (which you could see in the post game?).
Maybe the David wasn’t cheating he did have hope and bt from the nea which would explain why he was faster then you but even with hope alone killer can barely catch up which is so odd to me but the flashlight spam was sus cause you can’t do that anymore unless the David found some way to spam flashlights again

From what I’ve seen, usually bully squads are the worst. I had a team the other day on sheltered woods who kept trying to lead me upstairs with no mither, boiled over, ds, flip flop etc.. I guess they forgot they can just bleed out lol. Person with no mither kept letting me down him and ended up bleeding out
the nea was obviouly hacking, but i don't think davis was hacking, because he got adrenaline and speed bonus after got unhooked, that's why he can run so much faster that you, and hope aswell
Cheating in a 4vs1 when the 4 already have a massive advantage at base game. Definition of pathetic. How anyone extracts any ounce of joy from that is beyond me. Cheaters and sweaty SBMM is the reason I stopped playing this game. Good to see nothings changed

@@Josie.770it’s because killer mains will actually play survivor too, but survivor mains never play killer, the game is balanced around bronze ranked players and if they die they get salty.
I swear the hackers are always Neas as well. Had one once who zoomed off like a rocket when downed and the exit gates powered up even though the counter still showed 3 gens. I felt so bad for the killer I just let them hook me so it would be over quicker.
I had gone against similar to this one but they didn’t care about the win just in it for the memes I just let them die on the floor also being toolboxes for hooks and a perk that picks them up all the time just kept downing them until they died they seemed to enjoy themselves they didn’t get much out of it either because I had Franklins too stunning me from lockers but didn’t really work for them much either
I had a hacker a month ago who was a Nea, and although Ash wasn't hacking, he was in on it. At this point, I try not to get upset although it is frustrating. I just understood that they're not hacking to get a reaction, they're just so bad at the game, they make the baby Dwight that hides in lockers and feeds a Myers, look like a god. Also either they just have money to spend or they're just dumb enough to spend money over and over again on dbd out of all games, because some of em just don't learn after an account Ban. They almost usually have enough accounts to rival that of the amount of family members The Rock has in the wrestling business and it's a lot of em lol.

Just Played a DBD Match With Blight and got a cheater.He doesn't Know that much i think just he was using some speed hack after getting down and running far away from me . But end Up with clutch with Bloodwarden and got 3 survivors - 1 moried and 2 dead(Including cheater) 1 escape.
these are the worst scourge for me these cheaters who don't abuse cheats and just give themselves barely visible speed boosts, I met a player like that too, I fell the whole team but he couldn't, when I'm pass BLOODLUST 3 and that in a straight line I still didn't catch up with it I understood xd
Most top survivor players use wall hacks but people just assume they’re too good. All the top survivors you watch on twitch about 80% of them use walls
With hope + BT stacked like that David was moving at 114%(For 20seconds max then it drops down to 107% with just hope.) and the Clown moves at 115%. He was gaining a little bit of ground in a pretty straight chase. Likely subtle cheats with a 2-4% speed boost making him slightly faster than the Clown in that scenario. Nea was clearly cheating with the instant free escape even way outside the gate. David in no manner should of been gaining ground in that chase if anything it should of been close neutral. Still would of probably lost you the hit but actually pulling away like that is definitely suspicious. People who do cheat tend to hide in scenarios like that using something subtle unless they get tilted then blatantly cheat like Nea. It's plausible that he would avoid the hit there so adding a small % speed boost to guarantee it is hard to spot.
I’m not sure DBD can be saved at this point. Cheating seems more rampant than ever, and players are completely unapologetic about it. It’s as if this game is a magnet for immature, entitled brats.
ive stopped reporting them after they did nothing even after i spent hours filling up the details uploading recorded video... after 2 months met same team they never got banned .
For being hackers they did surprisingly nothing. David only knew how to predrop and Nea just teleported out of the game. The first game though I would call them a swf not a bully squad alouth now a days there’s not much of a difference. It’s a crazy concept but some people like to have fun in dbd. Power struggle builds is one of those that if you down them they can get themselves out but you know they don’t have anything meta perk wise. I’m not even sure Kate was in on it.

The Nea was definitely using speed cheats when she was running you at shack, she seemed suspiciously missing whenever you turned a corner
i’ve faced a cheat like this in the past and that’s exactly how they used it :/ when i couldn’t see them they gained crazy distance on me

I played against an Ace a few weeks ago and he was running unbreakable and 3 obscure perks but also had Dead Hard, Lithe, and Adrenaline

My friend whos new to dbd found a bully squad with a cheater he was nearly as fast as him when cloaked as wraith and could use his flash light anywhere to blind him and then had the gall to say “gg ez get gud”
met cheaters week ago on lerry, my flood of rage lit and i saw feng min move so fast and 1 click the exit gates. Even the gens get done so fast
dude survivors will really do anything to win despite being more powerful and having more utilitys than killers along with more options and generally being faster than a lot of killers

Despite being a newer player of the game itself(Not a new player of the community I have been watching CZcams and Twitch on it for years, just finally got the game)(I did buy a few dlcs though quickly into owning the game.)
I have met two cheaters, one on that snow lodge map and the other one on RPD.
The first one was being very subtle until I managed to down them with a Nemesis tentacle swing and then they stopped being subtle and just pressed their instant win button do all gens stuff on me and that was fun.
Second was as Knight. I was chasing a Survivor along the upstairs walkway of the lodge and got stunned by that one locker perk by who turned out to be the cheater. I decided I had lost too much ground against the person I was chasing and switched to the other, using the patrol to place the Jailer where they were gonna run off to.
That's when I noticed how suspiciously fast she was compared to the Jailer, but chalked it up to some perk I didn't read up on and continued normally. I mean Skull Merchant came out and I did not read the Surv perks yet.
I finally concluded it was cheating when I downed her on the big snow machine loop next to the building and she began to crawl WAY too fast, like to a degree where I couldn't even assume perks I didn't know about were at play. She oddly decided to try and remain subtle the entire match despite this and she managed to escape on a tie with another Survivor due to her speed hacks. In the post game screen she had ZERO speed perks, all 4 of her perks were geared toward lockers like that would throw off suspicions. She played dumb to a fault in post game when me and one of the Survs in a very gigachad move also called her out.

Good to see some bully squads getting clapped by D3AD. D3AD is a really good player imo. I learnt many things from him.
I came across a bully squad and didn't even realise they were cheating until I watched the game for play review. They do a great job of pushing you right to the limit, but you just can't seem to get to hooks... or they sabo at the last moment... Heal just in time... perfect body blocks/hits taken...
Some indicators were --> they all had boil over effect show up when I picked them up... sabotaged hooks in absurdly short times, healed in suspiciously short times (until I watched someone heal in 8 seconds in front of me), picked each other up absurdly quick (you get a few downs and they'd be back up and running in 10 seconds, then fully healed in 20). Somehow took the Ebony Mori as an offering (which you could see in the post game?).

Maybe the David wasn’t cheating he did have hope and bt from the nea which would explain why he was faster then you but even with hope alone killer can barely catch up which is so odd to me but the flashlight spam was sus cause you can’t do that anymore unless the David found some way to spam flashlights again

@@Kr4ndom no it isn’t that normal cause of the bt giving him 10% haste or 7% I forget how much it is also the nea had bt as well so it lasted a bit longer then usual
@@Notwedsquid it's 7%, but look at how fast he goes to the window, he gains distance, that's not 107% run speed, that's at least 115%

@@Notwedsquid the time between the pallet and the shack entrace both hold w in a straight line and there is no change in distance. That's not 107% movement speed

From what I’ve seen, usually bully squads are the worst. I had a team the other day on sheltered woods who kept trying to lead me upstairs with no mither, boiled over, ds, flip flop etc.. I guess they forgot they can just bleed out lol. Person with no mither kept letting me down him and ended up bleeding out
I don't think david hacker...he just have speed for the endgame build
One reason I created the power struggle build was for solo survivors not for abuse.

I went up against this exact team a month ago. On this exact map as wesker. They did the exact same BS
the nea was obviouly hacking, but i don't think davis was hacking, because he got adrenaline and speed bonus after got unhooked, that's why he can run so much faster that you, and hope aswell

Cheating in a 4vs1 when the 4 already have a massive advantage at base game. Definition of pathetic. How anyone extracts any ounce of joy from that is beyond me. Cheaters and sweaty SBMM is the reason I stopped playing this game. Good to see nothings changed

Fr they just played good and had good perks I didn’t see anything suspicious except the nea at the end. But the rest wasn’t cheating, and if they did cheat he deserves this. He tunnels + camp the survivors in the first and second round sooo hard it’s not even funny…
@@hannahbleibtso8871 he tunneled when he had one hook and 1 gen left and then camped the hook at one gen left trying to secure the one k and if your a bully squad you deserve to be camped and tunneled by your own logic and in the first game he didnt tunnel and the survs near instant saved or where trying to blind him at the hook

@@Josie.770it’s because killer mains will actually play survivor too, but survivor mains never play killer, the game is balanced around bronze ranked players and if they die they get salty.
I swear the hackers are always Neas as well. Had one once who zoomed off like a rocket when downed and the exit gates powered up even though the counter still showed 3 gens.
I felt so bad for the killer I just let them hook me so it would be over quicker.
I had gone against similar to this one but they didn’t care about the win just in it for the memes I just let them die on the floor also being toolboxes for hooks and a perk that picks them up all the time just kept downing them until they died they seemed to enjoy themselves they didn’t get much out of it either because I had Franklins too stunning me from lockers but didn’t really work for them much either

I had a hacker a month ago who was a Nea, and although Ash wasn't hacking, he was in on it. At this point, I try not to get upset although it is frustrating. I just understood that they're not hacking to get a reaction, they're just so bad at the game, they make the baby Dwight that hides in lockers and feeds a Myers, look like a god. Also either they just have money to spend or they're just dumb enough to spend money over and over again on dbd out of all games, because some of em just don't learn after an account Ban. They almost usually have enough accounts to rival that of the amount of family members The Rock has in the wrestling business and it's a lot of em lol.

Just Played a DBD Match With Blight and got a cheater.He doesn't Know that much i think just he was using some speed hack after getting down and running far away from me . But end Up with clutch with Bloodwarden and got 3 survivors - 1 moried and 2 dead(Including cheater) 1 escape.

these are the worst scourge for me these cheaters who don't abuse cheats and just give themselves barely visible speed boosts, I met a player like that too, I fell the whole team but he couldn't, when I'm pass BLOODLUST 3 and that in a straight line I still didn't catch up with it I understood xd
Most top survivor players use wall hacks but people just assume they’re too good. All the top survivors you watch on twitch about 80% of them use walls
as a solo survivor I can't sand bully in my squad, their tactics never gets gens done and I generally quit
With hope + BT stacked like that David was moving at 114%(For 20seconds max then it drops down to 107% with just hope.) and the Clown moves at 115%. He was gaining a little bit of ground in a pretty straight chase. Likely subtle cheats with a 2-4% speed boost making him slightly faster than the Clown in that scenario. Nea was clearly cheating with the instant free escape even way outside the gate. David in no manner should of been gaining ground in that chase if anything it should of been close neutral. Still would of probably lost you the hit but actually pulling away like that is definitely suspicious.
People who do cheat tend to hide in scenarios like that using something subtle unless they get tilted then blatantly cheat like Nea. It's plausible that he would avoid the hit there so adding a small % speed boost to guarantee it is hard to spot.
I’m not sure DBD can be saved at this point. Cheating seems more rampant than ever, and players are completely unapologetic about it. It’s as if this game is a magnet for immature, entitled brats.

ive stopped reporting them after they did nothing even after i spent hours filling up the details uploading recorded video... after 2 months met same team they never got banned .
For being hackers they did surprisingly nothing. David only knew how to predrop and Nea just teleported out of the game. The first game though I would call them a swf not a bully squad alouth now a days there’s not much of a difference. It’s a crazy concept but some people like to have fun in dbd. Power struggle builds is one of those that if you down them they can get themselves out but you know they don’t have anything meta perk wise. I’m not even sure Kate was in on it.
