tbh i'll take a bully squad over a genrush squad any day. if you stick it out, you can figure out what the bullies are doing and counteract or avoid them, oftentimes they'll even make mistakes that let you get more downs/hooks/kills. much more fun than multiple gens popping faster than i can cross the map
If they're a good bully squad, they'll rush gens first and then have fun with you. That's why early hooks are key...

you know what would be awesome? if there was just a sneaky little background program in the matching system that overwhelmingly matched these teams against killers that run Lightborn. just enough so that they'll doubt it's real, and just think a ton of people are running lightborn these days
Who else thinks they shouldn’t be allowed to change their loadout while matchmaking? It would be make bully squads like the last one a lot more counterable
An interesting mechanic in some other asym games that I think Dbd can learn from is the "Killer's knowledge advantage". With this, the timer to be ready up for survivors is 15 seconds short than for killers, giving time for them to adjust to any last-second changes. It'd fix a lot of the problems with some toxic survivor setups without impacting regular survivor play much.

I’ve never played DBD, but I like watching it now and then, but man Oni looks like so much fun, he’s definitely a killer I’d like to play as.

I played against a bully squad while I was playing Trapper. I am in no means good or even decent as a killer but, I was able to win because they 3 Genned themselves and made several mistakes as they grew more cocky towards the end

@@tj9287 I mean, im fairly new killer and i've run into some seriously toxic bully squads. As for killer mechanics since im new to killer i dont know the mechanics but I would say that remember its a 1 v 4 and the killer is suppose to be a serious power house and a bit above survivors not brokenly over but it shouldnt be easy, cause there are even solo players that can really carry a game and squads that will just bully a killer and taunt them. Just my opinion though.

Really should be that survivors get one item/loadout switch once they are in a match queue and doing so pushes back the countdown and un-ready’s everyone. Should get a pop up “so-and-so is changing loadout, do you wish to as well?” and if you select no you’re locked with what you got. It’d help at least somewhat with bully squads by giving the killers a chance to adjust

Bro, if anything I’ve been seeing more and more bully squads. Especially with the new meta. With how fast gens move nowadays, being a survivor is kind of a casual thing. As a killer main, you really have to sweat your butt off to secure the kills. Good to see a killer successfully taking out bully squads.
(P.S. as a killer main, I try my best not to tunnel, but I feel like the new meta almost encourages it.)

i doubt it was the same one, but i had a bully squad just like the first one. Same map, same t-bags, same clicks but with trapper. Got 3k but all they needed was an rng hatch to feel like they had bragging rights. What a shame.
The amount of survs who think getting hatch means something is mind blowing. They'll really say anything to save their fragile egos.
Fortunately I haven't encountered a 4 man bully squad, mostly 2s and 3s. With a 3, it's easy to pick up on the survivor who's on their own, so I let them get on with it, off the bullies and let the solo leave. Even had one nod at me while we watched a bully die on hook 😅😅

I remember my first bully squad. Turning their perks against them cause of the hoot hoot build. Plaything, fearmonger, hex face the darkness, and hysteria. They couldnt see cause of add ons and perks and couldn't hear cause of add ons and perks and couldnt run cause of perks. All the while they thought they could click me and hoot hoot me. But I went hoot hoot on them.
T-Baggers are just the worst in my opinion. If I happen to solo queue and end up with such toxic team mates I do whatever I can do distance myself from them. Love the killers who tunnel and facecamp those kind of survivors; teaching them a little lesson.

a bully squad without doing gens has no sense. i face some bully squads that bully me and still rush gens tremendously fast
in dbd mobile you can see the rarity of the item the survivor is holding but not the addons, so when i see bully squads with purple flashlights i just pun on franklins and watch as they run back for their flashlight only to go down, franklins just feels a whole lot worse than lightborn and i always get kind words from the survivors at the end
Bully squads are fun, I decided to play trickster for the second time in my life the other day and got matched with a bully squad. Garden of Joy with a killer I didn't hardly know how to play, I tunneled one out with at least 2 people following me at the same time, and 4 gens were completed, but luckily for me they were really bad so I managed to get 2 slugged next to a hooked survivor after the first one died. They apparently thought the match was boring.
That is so sad.

i flashlight switch at the last second but not out of toxicity but cause every time i don't the killer equips lightborn so then my flashlight or event flashlight is wasted if i don't escape.

Whenever I see one of these I always put on light born and I slug when I want I tunnel when I want and I play super aggressive so they don’t even get a chance, but in normal matches I always just go for 3ks and give the last person hatch unless they were toxic
