Makai Paaka - Sweet Maize Curry in Coconut Cream

INGREDIENTS:
Sweet corn 🌽 - 4 pieces
Vegetable Oil - 2 tbsp
Green chili whole - 3 pieces
Onions 🧅 -1 larrge chopped
Garlic 🧄 paste - 1 tbsp
Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 🍅 - 3 large pieces blended into puree
Chill powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt 🧂 - 2 tsp or to taste
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Coconut cream - 200 ml
Water - 200 ml or as needed
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp.
PROCEDURE :
1. Wash sweet corn 🌽, Cut into small and pressure for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil , add green chili and onions 🧅 and saute for 2 minutes .
3. Add tomatoes 🍅 ,salt 🧂 , chili powder and turmeric powder and cook for 5- 7 minutes .
4. Next add the sweet corn 🌽 and cook for 5 minutes .
5. Add water as required and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes .
6. Add coconut 🥥 cream and cook for 10 minutes .
7. Garnish with coriander leaves 🍃 .
* Can be served with rice , ugali, chappati .
