I don't know what we were expecting from a gin labeled 'Asian Parsnip', but whatever is was, we were wrong. The first bottle of James Gin we cracked, we definitely had to adjust our expectations. This is no ordinary gin. Ginger, and almost curry notes push through a soft, pillow-like spirit. It's so complex in flavor you wouldn't be out of line thinking it was an expertly made cocktail instead of a neat pour. If you see this bottle, grab it immediately. It's so unique we're not sure how they're going to be able to make more (we plan on drinking them out of house and home). Cheers!
