I actually love seeing how actors vary from live action acting and voice acting. It's clear that Sebastian is used to actually being on a set and acting within an environment, so having to do voice work isn't his strongest suit. However, i admire the attempt to bring Bucky to life and I think he definitely did a good job when we're looking at Bucky post-Winter Soldier (his voice sounding more youthful/curious)
Hayley Atwell too actually imo. Well, she sounds a lot better now, but she sounded a lil' weird in Avengers Assemble in the mid 2010s when she also did Peggy in the New Years episode lol. (A bit like how Mick Wingert sounded really off as Tony, because he sounded like he belonged in live action more unlike Adrian Pasdar's usual voice acting)
The animated Bucky stands like a model. I guess that's right. I forget sometimes that at some point in his life, (yes, I know that this is What If...?) Bucky was young once and was excited about a little adventure. That's what I'm hearing in his voice. No trauma. Just curiosity and high energy. Quite refreshing from the 106 year old man we hear now. 😀 But I do have to comment on the seafood lines? Maybe the writers need to skip fish jokes.
