A difficult case to examine

Using the 90 degrees laryngeal lens was inadequate to view the larynx in case of tilted epiglottis in a laryngeal tumor.
To overcome this difficulty i used the 30 degrees sinuscopic lens and hold it so as the angle faces down and tilted it sharply to enter through the space behind the backwardly tilted epiglottis and this method was successful.
Fiberoptic endoscope is also a satisfactory solution.
