Good to see you back at it with another video, was wondering where you had disappeared off to. Good wee video I would like to have a go at a wee photography channel but end up going what if it's no good enough then another excuse then another lol. Then you starting your topic is over saturated already....... down the rabbit hole you go lol.
Mind you the game plan was always to start pushing the photography more and working the hospitality road little less not quite happening at the moment lol. So at the moment it's all gear and no ideas lol lol.

I've honestly never considered my own channel. My pre-teen son did and wanted to create videos of himself playing games and narrating. He didn't have much success, and part of that was due to needing some specialized equipment (so his face could be in the gameplay video simultaneously). Me, I used to dabble in photography, so that plus a love of Scotland and much interest in drones drew me to your channel. I'll have to live vicariously through you for now though :) Thanks for the great videos!

Lots of that rings true with me. Also a kit junkie although none of it is too expensive, I just don't move it on when I get suckered into getting the latest and greatest. I need to sort that out. I used to get excited about the likes and comments too but the low when you get far fewer than you were expecting is a kick in the baws. Watching your rise to inevitable stardom with interest though. You're putting the work in and deserve it.
Really appreciate those comments my friend! I’m doing my best but trying to juggle work and life in amongst it all which makes things more difficult!!

Just subscribed last week after your video on the tent box popped up. I’m thinking about getting one instead of car camping. I can’t be bothered with setting up the tent but could do with something a bit comfier. I’ve bumped into a few you tubers the last week while such as Simon Baxter, Gary Gough, Cliff Hands, Karl from Glencoe photography and Harry from Mc2 photography. They were all very nice.I’ve tried a test vlog but never published it as I couldn’t stand my own voice. I’ve still got a few of your videos to watch yet.

Great video with lots of useful information too David. Just wondering whether you are going to finish your "The Road to Glencoe" series, as it has been 4 months now since Part 3. Keep hoping for a notification for Part 4. Really loving your channel and hope that get lots more subscribers, because I think you truly deserve them. I am planning a weeks trip to Glencoe in June and really looking forward to visiting, photographing and getting some drone footage of the area, but most of all we are looking forward to experiencing Scotland again. Our long term goal is to move to the Highlands and to be able to call Scotland our home too. Keep up the fine work and good luck with your channel.

I need to find a little more time in the week to make more videos but with the light nights and early sunrises, it should make things a little easier!

Ah man you make it so tempting to get back into doing videos.
Though this time round I will make something to do with photography. Something just this last weekend I just realised how excited I get now about it.
Even with the distraction of two little dogs that decide to trample over a composition of flowers I just setup for 🙄
Just the exploring and discovery thing i like of a place I didn't know was there. And I live just a couple of miles away from that as well.
Really liked the look of this video. Liked that effect near the start where you blur the lower part of the video.

Good advice about equipment. I was determined to not get the latest brand new thing. Apart from my Lumix S1, but I got a great deal on that at the time.
