Dude a 6:00 is one of the most outclassed fighters I've seen. Somebody should have told him he wasn't ready for this fight. A pro should never be flailing his arms that far away from his body. Respect to him for getting in there and battling though.

@@leonardosoto2068 it's not as risky as MMA or (kick)boxing. Less brain damage than those, because there are no thick gloves. The gloves make it possible to hit way harder without breaking your hands, cause massive brain damage

Tom Shoaf is Hall of famer for the BKFC company as far as I'm concerned. He has exciting matches, always fights clean, and win or lose Shoaf handles himself like a professional with great sportsmanship never being a poor loser.
Palomino is a beast! Super strong, fast and absolutely no fear. Have to say his opponent was pretty damn tough though, took some really hard shots and kept coming.

I think the check left hook is the most effective strike in BKFC or MMA. The hands just can't move fast enough to parry with no/small gloves.
it doesn't take a lot when your opponent is moving into it, and if you have proper technique & placement yes the check "lead" hook is vastly underrated & extremely effective.

That’s the nature of combat sports. Whether you wear gloves or not, if you get into it wanting to be a full time fighter, then you just gotta accept the fact that you’re taking years off your life. The human body just isn’t meant to take that kind of damage for multiple years at a time, and it always catches up to you, even with all the after-care that fighters have access to now.
