    One mistake I made for years is drinking iced drinks while eating, and drinking too much liquid. I've read that too much liquid during a meal can dilute stomach acids and hinder digestion. And, the coldness of the beverage can chill digestive organs interfering with digestion...I only drink a little water when eating,seems to help.

    Do fasting with only one glass of water if it is not to hot weather. Do this fasting for 36 or 40 hours. You will see the instant healing. Do this one time each month if needed.

    As someone who has IBS and IBD, I have to be cautious on what I eat (I cannot eat raw vegetables and high fibre foods to name just a couple but there are several). Regarding gas, I have a method that usually works wonders and I barely get bloating as a result (and I’m going to be very unpopular for mentioning it): it’s called burping/farting. Just getting the gas out of your body somehow will usually do wonders although, if you wanna be polite, pineapples work wonders too or, if you know your triggers, don’t consume them (I have to do this for foods that make me hyperactive and trigger my illnesses). I only really get bloating if my IBS and IBD are misbehaving but expelling the gas usually works for me. The only thing that may get ruined with this method is probably your cool factor (you may be called rude or antisocial) but you are better expelling the gas, otherwise you may end up experiencing the same thing as a hydrogen balloon in a microwave.

      Lori Smith I agree with you. It can be so painful and miserable. I have my problem at night. I don't have a relief until 5 a.m. The whole night I can't sleep. During the day I am very tired from suffering the night before. You aren't alone.

      Jess Barnett Drink warm water at night, that's what he told me. If I am nauseous everything that I've eaten earlier comes up. I have two types of prescribed medication. Pepcid(famotidine)1 tablet twice a day 40mg and Bentyl(Dicyclomine) 10 mg 3 times a day. I'm so tired of taking medication. Smh. My Dad died from Colon Cancer in 1997. Now my brother and I have to worry about our health.

    Put fennel seeds to infuse in boiling water, like making tea. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon is plenty. It's delicious and acts almost immediately when you start to sip it. My sister, a doctor, tried to find out why. She found nothing written, but using this herself she has reasoned that some substance in fennel seeds suppresses spasms, which are often what causes pain.

    After eating alots of peanuts before going bed instantly take me here, now I am seriously bloating.

    SAUERKRAUT will fix stomach bloating pain, I just had the bloating 2 days ago...,I gave a shot instead of going to doctor's office, I felt much better after eating a cup full for dinner and then a cup full in the morning, then for lunch....I was lucky to have a new jar of sauerkraut in the frig, I need to stock up a few jars for future use when needed and as gut maintenance.

    Don't trust Bright Side Blindly...
    Its my Honest Advice..
    In this video one of The point was "Do Yoga after meal" .
    Which is absolutely wrong...
    There's is only One Yogasana that is allowed after taking your meal and that is Vajrasana.
    It said something else in video.. Which is incorrect. However you can do that in early mrng daily on empty stomach. That will help.

    I don't if this help but since I doing this I'm not so bloated anymore. First thing in the morning I drink apple cider vinegar with warm water. And since I sit a lot at my job, every hour or every other hour. I get up and walk around and do some stretches. It have no major stretching. But maybe you like to do it stretch your arms, or legs. Also do all the other things this video of talk about because it help.

    I have gastritis, which is an inflammation of the stomach lining I know because I went to the emergency room. It is completely normal to go to the emergency room, since most of the 12,000 in a million people that had gastritis went to the emergency room. it had been going on for a week but it was a weekend on the day my mum was going to take me to the doctor it happened during the month of Ramadan and so I didn't fast for all the days I woke up with abdominal pain. I had bloating even when I didn't eat at all. I usually wake up with abdominal pain but sometimes when I eat it feels better. Or other times i can't eat my plate or i don't eat at all. I have a brother who has the same thing and got it before me. A bacteria that can lead to Gastritis is H Pylori.

    I had a stomach problem too, I changed my diet, I take a table spoon of oil in a glass of warm water in the morning before breakfast and all my meals are accompanied by a homemade banana yogurt and it seems to work, I'm OK now. I don't know if the drinking oil is good for health, but that helps me a lot, even sometime when I feel bloating I take it

      Hi Ramesh Ji, you must use only thin uncooked oil, I use sweet corn and canola flowers oil, don't use olive oil, I tried it, it's too heavy, you'll get heart burn, follow the advice of Luke Cohino, he gives great advices of what and how to eat, if you need any more advice, you're most welcome.
