    Just out of curiosity, is it acceptable to perform forward bends and backward bends at the same time in the same practice

      Hi ..
      Yes forward and back bending r to be done together ... We can select another day for twisting if we do asanas for long durations hold.
      But if we mix all together that will surely not have any adverse effects on body.

      Any hardware store u can get the bracket. 1 meter and 2 meter from ground at 2-3 inch wider than shoulder width

      abe lo*de. there is no such thing as iyenger style. bc mc. iyenger was a genius and actual guru who used these kind of instruments to give proper support needed for people with specific physical conditions who couldn't do normal asanas. bc this is not some style, he only designed it for specific people.
