What about things to strengthen the joint areas like ankles, knees, elbows, etc?
Look Up Hindu squats and Hindu pushups. Great exercises for Mobility, strength-endurance and Joint health If performed in high Volume and high frequency
Low level Plyometrics
That’s a tricky area & often times difficult because those exercises if overdone, can injure you
