How long did it take for them to send you your passport or did you go in person to collect it? You did it October (assuming that was 2021) and they ask you to come collect it in February. I was just there more than a week ago this month September and they ask me and others to go get a return envelope to send our passports to us when it's ready or we should come for the collection in January 2023.
Hello, sorry for the late reply.... As I said in the video, I was asked to come back in person in February 2022 to collect my passport. So I told them I lived far away, then they checked my city and then asked me to go get an envelope, also a stamp alongside and in February 2022 my passport was sent directly to my home. Hi simi, thanks for your video. Please i have one question, what if i don't have any guarantor, all my friends here have a european passport, so i dont know anybody else, can i still renew my passport? I have appointment on monday, i have paid and i have all the rest documents needed. Thanks.
Besides, a friend of mine didn't need a guarantor when he renewed but his appointment was made by someone who he paid more money to. I did mine online.

And since my brother lived afar away so he filled the guarantor form, added 2 of his passport photos signed at the back then sent it to me by post. So I was also worried of being rejected but the person responsible for taking my documents told me that " I DO NOT NEED IT ". So do not worry about the form
And moreover, if you are lucky enough, they are nice people who are there to renew or change theirs and would be willing to stand as guarantor for you ( I experienced someone doing that for someone else 🙂)
Wow I don't know about that cause on the site, it's t specifically written that the payment would only be in dollars and should be paid Abuja and only online... I also paid only so no worries ( As long as you paid in dollars and to Innovate1sercive, responsible for the payment) 😊
