The first time I ever did this video, it froze at 29:24, but because my eyes were closed, I didn’t know. After a few minutes I peeked at the video, but Adrienne was still lying there, so I kept lying there too. This continued for at least 10 minutes until I figured it was pretty strange that she hadn’t said anything for so long, so I sleepily got up and finally saw what happened. It was evening too, so my husband NEARLY came home to find his wife fast asleep in the middle of floor on a yoga mat. Now it makes me smile every time we get to that part. Thanks for the great video!

Thankyou Adriene. 3 summers ago I thought I would have to give up my beloved walking in the mountains....my knees hurt, my hip ached and my feet tingled with pins and needles. Then my sister introduced me to you channel. I have been with you practically daily since then. Today I returned from an 8 hour hike through beautiful mountain scenery with barely a twinge. Bless you Adriene. Thanks Sarah.

Adriene I've always told myself I'm not a runner. But recently, I started to do the couch to 5k program, and I have to tell you - doing this yoga post-run, you just made me realize that they are both about the breath! I really feel I understand running now more, and I'm so excited to make both my at home yoga and running part of my life (especially during this strange time of social distancing at self-isolation due to the virus). I just received your newsletter and wanted to say think you for all the work you do in all parts of this community... in ALL communities. It pains me that there are people out there who make you feel like you need to address the fact that you ARE but one human, and that you ARE doing the work, even if people don't see it. I just want to let you know that I do see it. I see you. And appreciate you more than I can put into words. You've inspired me to want to teach yoga, and to be a space for people who need an escape, whether it be away or within. Thank you for being here, for being human, for BEING.

I had been doing your videos everyday since the first of the year but recently fell off the wagon for some reason. I’m in the midst of doing a couch to 5K and I had my longest run ever today at 46 minutes. I thought that this video would be perfect for me to jump back on the wagon and boy was I right! This was spot-on and just what I needed, thank you! 😌❤️🏃‍♀️

I use this sequence before I go for a run and it does wonders! I normally get a horrible pain in my groin when I go for my half hour runs but if use this video before I go out I have minimal to no pain when I run. Also a nice to use as a cool-down stretch! Thanks Adriene! ❤️

When we see you in your casual gear Adriene we know we’re in for some slow and gentle and it was, no vinyasas just awesome stretches. Even so I still felt the heat and again found slow can be really powerful. I am not a runner but I shall remind all the many runners in my family 🏃‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️ how good this practice is. See you tomorrow on the mat for Day 15 of Courage, we’re half way through already ! 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💞

Nice, i used it as a sort of warm up for a run with a doggy - but after completing it i felt too relaxed to go running so am now getting in touch with the yoga community then a bike ride with my partner in crime in 30 mins. Hope you have a great sunday :)

Best last seconds ever :) ! I've been following you for some months now, and while living alone in the US, no family, only a couple of new friends, and missing my dog so much, not only I've been learning a lot with you, but also my heart always feels warmer each time I see Benji. You are doing such an admirable work with this community. I hope we can give you something back with our support. And I really hope you can also tend to yourself as much as possible. You teach that to us, so don't ever forget that to yourself too. We can wait. You have done so much. Again. We can wait. All the love to you, Benji, and your family and friends :)

With quite a few multi-terrain, super long distance running events coming up (including one next Saturday), this sequence ticks all the boxes for me. Oh this is amazing. I fell asleep on my mat. This was so perfect, my legs love you so much! I am far too new to running to say if this helps my form, but I can tell you I have quit running before because of pain. This time I do yoga after every run and do yoga on recovery days and I have had no issues with overly sore muscles. This is amazing, thank you!

Dear Angie, I am sorry to hear you suffer with chronic pain. I once studied chronic pain - Professor Hunt of UCL is working towards a cure. If you are interested, you can look at the mammallian target of rapamycin (mTOR) research. I hope you have a good doctor and am glad Adrienne is helping you too. All the best, Juliette

Adriene! A comment is long overdue. I have tried so hard to be an at-home yogi but nothing has ever worked for me...until YOU! I have been consistently practicing with you teaching me for months now. I have never run more than a 5K and will be running my first half marathon this LABOR DAY (wine country half in wine country Oregon.) Last night I ran 7 miles as part of my training (my longest yet) and I felt horrible after; migraine, couldn't sleep, legs & feet so restless, body felt like it was hit by a truck this AM...then I did this video! Wow and thank you. Your strength is in your simplicity and I love your indoor plants.-star
