If you did a 3.0 version for the right round cone you should definitely make a spiral pattern on it instead so you can always tell when its spinning
And a variable speed controller!
The button placement should also change, it looks very awkward to press. Either have it in place of one of the finger grips, or where your thumb can easily reach.
I Agree. Button should be placed on the index finger grip. Way easier to press it

I can see one problem with the 2nd reinvention of the food chute, if you actually have to use the gear shifter you might not have too much access to it
Or you get a little reward every time you shift!

@@nick.100 yea its really no better than a bowl that slots into the cup holder at the front. what he needed is a scissor mechanism so that you only gotta move one arm for the whole chain to unfolded all the way to the back. the linkage also needs to stay parallel so food doesnt spill out

I guess I didn't express it very well, but I meant to say I'm REALLY surprised there are bathroom stalls made of metal! I just never saw one! 😆

The snack bowl should be compartmentalized so that your sweet and salty don't get mixed together.
1) So that door crack filler has another good use but needs a different invention: some changing rooms in stores, at least in Europe, have a curtain not a door, and the curtain never quite reaches the ends cos it's fabric and moves - your belt (or something) could work as a curtain stretcher, with some thought. 2) when I'm grilling a sausage or marshmallows or whatever over a camp fire using those long rods, I want them to keep rotating without straining my wrist, 3) my wife and my son go upstairs, get ready for bed and only then remember they need a glass of water so I'm the nightly water courier - I need a stick that will safely pass a glass of water up a flight of stairs, 4) I need a machine that washes the soles of my shoes before entering the house - door mats are stupid as I get them so dirty on the first muddy day then it takes longer to clean the door mat than to clean the shoes by hand. The trick is how this machine would accommodate different shoe sizes. Perhaps it should come as a line of 4 for different size brackets, that way the whole family can have their soles washed together.
For version 3 of the snack "chute," it needs to keep the bowl level and have one-handed operation. Maybe a motorized scissor arm?
I was thinking of scissor arm too. To make it more universal, it could attach to the rear head rest bolts. No need to motorize - the passengers can just squeeze the scissor which will extend it the whole length

Those are incredible inventions! 😄 I think it’d be a good idea if the ice cream holder had a small moat around the bottom to catch those pesky drops and keep your hands clean. And for the snack bowl, I think putting a handle on the bowl would be a smart idea so the passenger can securely hold the bowl steady while moving it. ☺️
That seems like a necessary invention and not unnecessary. 😅

The moat isn’t necessary because you can still enjoy ice cream without it. The handle isn’t necessary for the snack bowl because it clearly works without it.

8:07 Whoa. I don’t think I’ve ever noticed one integrated into a vehicle’s dash like that, but I like it and it should be a standard feature in every car. Just a single ¼”-20 thing could be so versatile. I would’ve killed to have one on the not-a-single-flat-spot-large-enough-to-mount-an-adhesive-backed-phone-mount dash in my truck when I was trying to find a decent place to mount a MagSafe charger mount on the dash...

The dish for snacks for the driver. What about a tube attached to a bowl that goes in the cup holder. Back seat just puts the snacks in the tube, it slides down to the bowl in the cup holder. Bam! No moving parts to spill and you get snacks. As someone who owns a camper I fully support this invention and would love to see it

For the snack arm, maybe some sorta scissor lift mechanism would be handy so instead of pushing the whole thimg back and forth, there is a handle near the dash you only need to move a little
Maybe you can try to combine 2 of your old inventions?
For the RRC, I think it would be a fun item for kids (and adults) and people would by it if you could get it on shelves for under $5-$10. For 3.0 I would design like nesting shot glasses or extendable toy swords, so as your cone gets shorter you can collapse 1/3 and have more cone to eat. I’d also put a sliding speed switch with some slower speed settings, as the speed it turns now is just to fast to be practical unless you just want to stick tongue out to lick it at high speed 😅. Great video!
Your ideas and the execution for them are amazing, but I think your greatest skill here is your ability to design in 3d without a mouse and sitting on a couch

With the snack bowl you should add a lid so none of the snacks get lost when bringing them to the front. Something like a flap that you can flip up when filling or emptying and flip down when transferring.
You should make a water bottle that keeps the ice from melting
V3 of the right round cone needs removeable sections! That way you can take off part of the top and keep eating the bottom of the cone.
Alternative idea of the snack transportation in the car: Tiny conveyer belt that goes on the arm rest between front seat, Back seat people put snacks onto it and it carries them forward into a bowl up by the driver.
Really I just want you to make an invention with a tiny conveyer belt.
Invention idea! Remember how satisfying it was to slam a phone down to hang it up? What if you had like a raised device holder/bed/landing pad shaped like a pyramid with the top shaved off but rectangular to fit the phone holder? There would be something to trigger the hang up button (and movable for different phone app UI?) but all you would have to do is finish your heated conversation and slam it face down into the device and it hangs up for you. Bonus points if there's a limp ~ding~ like an unactivated bell ringer just got jostled when the phone is slammed down.
I need the second one to be sold. I would for sure buy it! (If I had enough money) :)
Or you could just make an attachment that any drill can clamp on. Like a drill bit end. Would be fun to use it on a high powered drill on full speed 😁.
For the food arm thing, you could design it so that moving the front-most red "bone" of the arm extends the whole thing and keeps the bowl upright, similar to how a Steadicam arm works. I guess that's a concept for v 3.0

The bowl should have been a hand because fits the silliness factor best although it wouldn't do a good job at holding things.

If you do a 3.0 for the Driver Snack one, you should use a few parallel four-bar linkages so that the bowl stays level while moving forwards and back.
This one: czcams.com/video/jUxZb0fy31g/video.html is driven by a motor at the top linkage, but the mechanism should work if pulled/pushed from the moving piece, so long as the base is fixed. Also make the bowl piece removable for easy cleaning.
now we need a channel called "Unnecessary Redesigns" and the UI saga would be complete.
The only *very slight* issue with the car snack invention is that it blocks the infotainment screen. Other than that it’s great 😂

I really thought you were going to add some sort of gears to the snack bowl so that it maintained the orientation of the bowl the entire time as you were moving it. Something like it would just rotate out in one go and rotate back in in one go without having to handle each hinge individually.
on the subject of not seeing the ice cream cone spinning please do version 3 where you do a two color design for the funnel shaped part that just includes a white spiral Design

For the second invention you should add a motor so you can have a forward and backward button so you do not have to keep pulling it and also add some columns inside of the bowl so you can put the different snacks in the different places something then you do not have to dig for snack you want in one big bowl.

The car snack arm needs a lid of sorts maybe to prevent the backseat passengers spilling it all over when the push the arm back. It would also help on bumps.

You should’ve made the right round cone internally threaded with an additional shorter externally threaded cone for the inside of the original cone. Give the handle a second button so that the rotations can move forward or backward so as to push the cone up or down inside of the external shell allowing you to access the entire cone without as much struggle or mess
Make a folding hook for the slap stool shield so it can be used on public toilets/restrooms that have plastic or wooden doors.
I think it would be great to add a motor to push the snack box from the driver to the back seat and from the back seat to the front seat because it's kinda hard to push the snack box back to refill your snacks while driving also the toilet crack cover can use a different material to stick on the bathroom stall wall because I don't think metal walls are common in toilets. These are incredible inventions by the way!

the car snack i think needs a motor and a button in the front and back so you dont have to push and pull also so sort of anti spill for the bumpy rides
5:00 Right Round Cone Spiiner looks gorgeous. The cone eating process is kind of gross, but the Right Round cone itself is so pretty. I love the colour green so that might be it.
I'm slightly surprised that you car snack arm wasn't a lazy-tong: so you could manipulate one end (maybe a lever sticking up?) and have it extend to the back seat, then pull it back with the same control and not have to use both hand to do it.
