- How make Kimbap at home in Korea? I heard that frozen Kimbap is sell like hotcakes at Trader Joe's these day. and I bought it and tried Kimbap and it was good! Then I was curious and wanted to make it myself. That is why I made Kimbap in the hot summer countryside 🙂
Sharing with your neighbors is such a strong act of love. To spread the joy of craft and cooking, and the assurance that there are people out there who care for you enough to make sure you are fed, that is hard work. But it truly is one of the most rewarding feelings seeing those around you prosper and be happy. And to know, with this act of kindness, you are actively making the world a better place. I'm about to make some fried chicken cutlets tonight, I think I'll share some with my upstairs neighbor.

Kimbap was the first Korean meal I had when I arrived. The fact I could use chopsticks and would try anything my friends would offer made me a lot of friends with our KATUSAs.

Gimbap recipe: How to make 7 gimbap (Korean teaching)
Essential ingredients:
Rice - Make it soft, not hard. Mix salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds without being salty.
(If it"s 3 cups of rice cooker, make 7 lines of gimbap)
When the rice is hot, the seaweed will rip, so use it after cooling it slightly.
Gimbap ham - Cut it into oil and bake it slightly in a pan.
(Spam is possible, but kimbap ham tastes better)
Carrot- Add oil and stir-fry and season with salt.
5 eggs - Season with salt... Heat the pan, add cooking oil, and divide it into 8 pieces.
Spinach - Add salt to boiling water, spinach, take out after 10 seconds, rinse in cold water... Squeeze the water and mix with flavored salt, sesame oil, a little minced garlic, and sesame seeds.

Ingredients that don"t need to be, but are delicious when added:
Crammy (cram meat) - Cut it so it"s easy to eat.
Tuna can - Squeeze out oil and mix tuna with salt, sugar, mayonnaise and pepper.

How to roll:
Place the laver seaweed and spread the rice thinly. (Place only 3/4 from the bottom)
Place all ingredients close to the rolling side.
