- I cooked fresh eggs and Marinate the jar with soy sauce. it becomes a simple side dish to eat when you lose appetite in the hot summer. My neighbors will be suffering from the heat too so I will share with them. That is the rural life in Korea. 🙂
Your production values are absolutely top notch- equal to your cooking skills. I've wanted to visit Korea for a while but now i'd love to visit even more.
A tip for peeling eggs.
The albumin in the water they were cooked in helps to remove the shell. If you leave a half inch of the cooking water in the pot, cover it, and give it a couple firm shakes, the eggs will peel themselves. This is a lot of eggs though, might have to do it in batches 😂
Thank you for the video!!!! Stay cool!
You're welcome!! Thanks for the tip 😄
Greetings from Dallas, Texas. 👋 It's 109°F/42.78°C right now. I watched your video twice to remember we overcome the heat together. Thank you for putting these videos together. The sounds and content are very relaxing.
You are so kind to share in your little village. Your part of Korea is so beautiful.
You really have a beautiful house. That green grass, look awesome, and those hard boiled egg when you chop it its perfection... i drooled 😂,,, just one Tiny input please put off the towel, or wrap in in your neck, oh and i love the animal scene ❤, anyway great video
The way you shoot your videos is beautiful. Seeing the area you live in makes really wish i didnt live in city as it seems so peaceful. Keep up the videos always looking forward to the next! 🙂
I love your videos Lee. So serene and peaceful. I would definitely like living a life like that :)
This is one of my dreams scenarios.. a lot of hard work but the communal vibe and living out of the city just is perfection
Absolutely beautiful videos! It’s so nice of you to make food for your neighbors.

It's great to share with others You are a wonderful young man 🎉
Ho visto farlo anche in Cina e se non sbaglio con uova di oca 🤩
🏡 Ev çok güzel..
Türkiye sevgilerle..👍🥰🇹🇷
Thank you for another great vid.
Best wishes.
Great production and love the way you execute everything. The environment is so serene, I’d love to visit the place. I also can feel the heat and the temperature, if I were out in the heat, I’ll be turning orange like the egg peels 😂
Would love to see you upload more often 🙂🙂
I'm finally watching this, and it's so hot outside that the footage of the ice going into the water at 5:26 feels like a tease. I wish I could get dunked into that right now.
Great videos, now I am craving eggs! By the way, my girlfriend and I recently tried adding baking soda to our boiled water (apparently it helps release the eggs from the shell) and so far two batches went way easier and peeled really well. Cheers :)
I’ve found steamed eggs to be the absolute easiest. After steaming 15 minutes I also let the eggs rest in an ice bath for 15 minutes before cracking on the broad end and peeling. There’s a natural air pocket there that gives you access to the thin membrane that separates the shell from the egg. You must pull both the shell and membrane together and it slides off easily.
Thank you for sharing and translate to English so that we'll understand,
I hope someday i can live at vibes like yours,,,
Nice job 👏
What a thoughtful and delicious gift for your neighbors, well done sweetie 👏💞
Is this young man really creating all of this food, or is a stand in model for the real brains behind this work?
Been waiting for another upload lol Your videos are so therapeutic bro. You live in such a peaceful place
Cooking in such heat really requires hard work..thanks for making the amazing video. Keep up the good work
Amazing you were able to cook the eggs perfectly with a soft yolk with so many eggs over a fire. It's hard to control that heat.
Very lovely! Marinated eggs are the best. I'll have to try this recipe.
Wow looks so good! You are a great neighbor to have haha
You're a joy to watch and your personality shines. I made kimchi yesterday so I watched your video.
This morning I made pickled daikon and carrots. I also made pickled cabbage and the ingredients you used for this egg recipe (aside from the soy sauce) were the same. I love eggs. They are the perfect food and I always have lots on hand.
I am definitely going to make a small sample to taste.
I've learned that you can't go wrong if you are using ingredients you like.
Thank you 😊
Beautiful video. I love seeing the countryside where you live, it makes me miss the days when my area looked more like that, before everything was turned into subdivisions and other urban fixtures.
Welcome back🎉
Nice to learn from your video, thank you!
Wow the scenery there is so beautiful. Please share more of the sceneries in the future 😊
So ralaxing..the production is outstanding
That sigh when you're done and get to eat... So satisfying.

Greetings from Manila 😊
These look so good
I really love watching your video. Hello from Brunei
this video is so cool and you are too, lee ♡
Que envidia le tengo a tus vecinos!!!😂
I know splashing yourself with that cold water felt good my friend but be careful doing that if you are EXTREMELY hot..it can actually cause your body to have adverse reaction. Keep that cool towel around the base of your neck. You are a true gem. Every time I stop in to watch you work you are always sharing the fruits of your labor. Good friend is a good man.
Those yolks look perfect, good job!3
You are a great guy. I really like kimchi. It helps me eat better. I'm growing some. I'll do the same as you.
Uau amei o lugar oque mais impressionam e u lugar muito muito bonito mesmo ❤😊amor o lugar assim tudo verde
Salam dari indonesia ☺️
Wah,aku mau mencoba untuk membuat nya, pasti enak 🙂
Good 👍🏼 job what country you are? Watching here in canada
I usually crack the boiled egg onto the table and roll it up and down as it cracks some more, all crunchy. The peel comes off so easily that way.
Seus vídeos são bons agente fica com agua na boca das comidas ❤
Love your videos! You are very talented at cooking. The egg dish I cooked today looked so delicious! I'm sure it was delicious."🤤
Trés belle maison
Love your videos. Can you please tell us the spices when you are adding them to your cooking. Thanks
What a beautiful video. Gorgeous scenery. I also use a teaspoon to peel boiled eggs - the only way!
Thank you for the effort......
Thanks for the tip! 😄
Man has life figured out.
Bravo
this summer is even hotter... Watching it makes me sweat 😅 from India
Thanks😊
That looks so savoury! Where do you live in Korea? Looks wonderful.
Also how did you get that beautiful yellow colored yolk inside? Most of the people where i live cook it till it gets grey but i prefer it yellow.
I've been to Korea in August. I feel for pupper.
I am worried about you because it is hot in Korea in August.. Did you enjoy your visit?
@@leewannachill We were like we're from Houston, we can take the heat, hahaha. We didn't realize that most of the buildings don't have air conditioning. We are spoiled. But we had a fantastic time going all around Seoul for two weeks. Seeing your videos make me wish we had gotten out to the countryside.감사합니다
Second to request a recipe for your delicious looking seasoned eggs! 🤤

Those look amazing. Do you upload your recipes anywhere? I followed everything up to the liquid marinade. It looked like soy sauce that you mixed with water and salt?
Soy Sauce Marinade 👉 Cup of soy sauce, water, sugar 1 : 1 : 1 (or 0.8 of sugar) and 1 tsp of minced galric, a little bit of sesame oil, cooking rice wine 🙂
I love video please cook all food on youtube

Could we get a recipe please? 🙏 Not for our neighbors but for like a small family or person, lol.
