The nearest KFC to my neighborhood is 62 miles away. Most of the people in the neighborhood don't even know what KFC is.. But it doesn't matter anymore that they don't know KFC because I can make it! the Korean fried chicken. 🙂

My friend: Maybe even my grandparents haven't tried this way 🤔 The way to make a good quality rice cake is to use rice flour, not rice. or use a blender after cooking rice. But my garden has a large stone mortar and hammer, so I wanted to experience the traditional way of making it In other words, it is worth choosing a difficult path instead of an easy one. look forward to the results!

Japchae means a glass noodle stir fry. Also Japchae is one of Korean's favorite side dishes. I made homemade Japchae on a cloudy day in the countryside And I shared it with my neighbor. 🙂

I cooked fresh eggs and Marinate the jar with soy sauce. it becomes a simple side dish to eat when you lose appetite in the hot summer. My neighbors will be suffering from the heat too so I will share with them. That is the rural life in Korea. 🙂

Многовато масла для фритюра налито, хватило бы в половину меньше. До того, как заложить мясо в масло надо было довести масло до кипения Тогда бы мясо получилось бы более румыным и хрустящим,с меньшей жирностью. Вкуснее и красивее.
