This was delicious! I made it, and it was extremely easy, (I'm only 12 👍🏼), extremely delicious, and makes a substantially large amount. 5 stars 😀 the only thing I have to say is that if you don't have light cream, just mix some milk and flour in a bowl on the side and pour it in to the sauce, also don't look at it once you've combined the pasta and sauce and add more milk to thin it out, it thickens up very well at the end, all in all though, very great dish!

Just made this, it was so good! I used Cheddar cheese and Parmesan. I also used green onions instead of parsley and added a squeeze of lemon to the finished pasta. Great recipe, thank you!

Which ingredients are fancy ingredients?????? The only ingredients I can see as being fancy are light cream, which is just cream but thicker, and hard cheese, which is just parmesan, which you can get bags of grated parmesan from the supermarket... Is spaghetti fancy??? I'm confused

UPDATE: I cooked it, tried it and it is delicious! The parsley was a good addition. Also to all of you who dont like the fried garlic when its fried its sweet actually! It filled me up and this wont be the only time ill cook it thank you!

Yes! I made mines with milk and it was delicious! Just have a larger cheese to milk ratio if you want it thicker

You can use milk but need to add a little bit of flour to thicken it.

I think it means single cream, as opposed to double cream if that's the way it's labelled where you're from, but that's just my take :)
just skip the cream and add the parsley+pasta and the water and you have an pasta olio aglio
