I use Easy properties, not a huge fan of it.
I think partnership for real properties can make sense. But i would suggest figuring it out first before you consider involving other parties. Otherwise you can always consider EP

I had a pretty good credit score for my age and built some good savings, but if I remember correctly, my salary was around R12-R15k, but my expenses were also very very low with 0 consumer debt.
Louis is the way you could secure a home loan through surety arrangement?
Do you mean surety by income or surety by assets ? You can sign surety in your personal name using your income to acquire debt in a separate entity.
