    Buying healthy organic foods is actually saving money in the long run. Less doctor bills.

    dude we have the same story thats why Im so drawn to what you do. I feel like my eating disorder has aloowed me to have a mentality where I can achieve anything to be honest, and thats because of how shitty I would feel during the eating disorder and the every day push that it took, I can channel that feeling back now that Im recovered and you that strength towards other aspects of my life. Thank you Nick, you truly have changed my life❤️

    I made a tuna/egg salad sandwich for a flight once and it got tossed out by TSA. I didn’t want to get my bread soggy so I separated it and put the tuna mix in a Togo container. It was packed with protein. I used Greek yogurt and onion and celery and bread that was going to be bad by the time I came back. Was sooooo pumped to eat it. Should’ve before security check but I had just finished a yogurt bowl before leaving the house and wanted to make sure we got through the line in time. Then they confiscated it and I still had so much time to spare while I waited . Sad day 😢
