Fluffy and Soft Vanilla Cupcake

This is a simple recipe that anyone can do. You can add some frosting if you want.
Ingredients:
- 1½ cup all purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 125g unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup evaporated milk

Can I use salted butter 🧈 instead of unsalted? Because I only use and like salted butter 🧈.

You can use salted butter but you don't need to add a pinch of salt because it will taste salty
