เค้กวานิลลา สูตรที่ทำวันนี้ เป็นสูตรพื้นฐาน เนื้อเค้กนุ่มๆ โดยวันนี้จะอบแบบถ้วยกระดาษ หลายๆท่านมีปัญหาทำเค้กถ้วยกระดาษ หรือคัพเค้กแล้วเนื้อเค้กมักจะหดจะย่น หรือหน้าแตก ลองมาดูวิธีการทำ วิธีการอบในคลิปนี้ แล้วลองไปปรับใช้ดูนะคะ

Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe
📒 ingredients
100 g of cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
40 grams of sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
50 g of vegetable oil
60 grams of milk
4 egg yolks (size L)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
4 egg whites (size L)
60 g of sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
(can replace lemon juice with vinegar or cream of tartar)

How To Bake
- Bake at 130 degrees for about 30 minutes without turning on the fan.
- After that, turn the heat to 140 degrees and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
Check the ripeness by tapping on the dessert face. If it bounces, there are no fingerprints, it's cooked.
(Baking at low heat This will help prevent the cake from shrinking and not cracks after baking.)

📒 สูตร เค้กวานิลลา
แป้งเค้ก 100 กรัม
ผงฟู 1 ช้อนชา
น้ำตาล 40 กรัม
เกลือ 1/4 ช้อนชา
น้ำมันพืช 50 กรัม
นมสด 60 กรัม
ไข่แดง 4 ฟอง (เบอร์2)
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา
ไข่ขาว 4 ฟอง (เบอร์2)
น้ำตาล 60 กรัม
น้ำมะนาว 1/2 ช้อนชา
(สามารถเปลี่ยนน้ำมะนาวเป็นน้ำส้มสายชู หรือครีมออฟทาร์ทาร์ได้)

วิธีอบ
-อบไฟบน-ล่าง 130 องศา ประมาณ 30 นาที ไม่เปิดพัดลม
-หลังจากนั้นให้ปรับไฟไปที่ 140 องศา แล้วอบต่ออีก 10-15 นาที หรือจนกระทั่งสุก
เช็คสุกโดยการแตะที่หน้าขนม หากเด้งไม่มีรอยนิ้วมือ คือสุกได้ค่ะ
(การอบโดยใช้ไฟต่ำๆ จะช่วยทำให้เค้กไม่หด ไม่ร่อน ตอนหลังจากอบเสร็จ)

ทำแล้ว อร่อยมากค่ะ เนื้อนุ่มละลายในปาก เนื้อเค้กที่ได้คล้ายกับวานิลลาคัพเค้กเลย แต่สูตรนี้อบแล้วหน้าไม่ย่นและทำง่ายกว่า แต่งหน้าด้วยลูกเกดตามชอบอีก ทำไป 6 รอบแล้วค่ะ ขอบคุณอาจารย์มากๆค่ะ
