Ingredients:
-3 whole eggs
-¾ cup vegetable oil
-1 cup buttermilk (1 cup milk + 1 tbsp vinegar)
-1½ cup smashed bananas
-1½ cup white sugar
-¼ cup brown sugar
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-2½ all purpose flour
-1½ tsp baking soda
-¾ tsp salt
-½ tsp cinnamon powder
Preheat: 170°C for 10 mins
Bake: 160°C for 55 mins
Aluminum tray used: 3pcs 550ml and 1 pc 670ml
