I have applied for mba with placement year, but what if i wish not to do placement year after one year study.
If someone coming to UK after bachelors with no exp. Then is it good to take placement year ???? because we will have 1year experience when completing masters. So finding full time jobs after masters will be a bit easier due to experience gained during placement year.

Yes, you can do that but it’s advisable to enrol with placement and cancel it later if not required - that way you will save yourself from a lot of paperwork and visa hassle

You only have to pay the amount if you’re opting the placement until then you don’t have to pay anything
Hi Sahil, been following you since a long time, i have a offer in brunel for supply chain management 2023. I have having second thoughts accepting the offer, because the fees is 22k pounds.(Not applied for scholarships as of now). I know the college is top notch bhtYou think its worth spending 22k pounds on a one year course or should i opt for another university- like roehampton . Will be a big help if you reply

Almost every clgs in uk 1 year gonna be lectures and another placement year. If 24 months means it will be included . If not they gonna mention . And placement year fees gonna be way more lesser compared to 1st year fee.

13:32. I disagree. I am facing same issue with PSW converting to skilled work visa because even firms who can sponsor once they hear that you need skilled visa they back out during interview stage. These are analyst jobs which are on shortage list so imagine situation for other fields.

@@_Sujit_Mohanty also UK doesnt value skilled workers. The more degrees and skills you have lesser chance of employment because insecure hiring managers will say you are overqualified and get bored and leave the job after 3 months (hence they are not interested in this 2 year visa).
Decide if you have means to sustain for 2 years without job in UK since avg time to find job here is 6 months on top of 4 months you get post completion of studies on student visa and no part time jobs are even harder to get than full time regardless of 20 hr rule doesnt matter even its 100 hrs companies wont give you part time without reference or a british passport/PR

If you’re applying for a placement year you’ll be graduating next year hence wouldn’t be a graduating until next year hence couldn’t apply for PR as masters graduate in Canada/Australia

first year u need to pay 18,000 pound for your course.
and on second year u need to pay only 2000 pounds , so total u need to pay 20,000 pound in total duration of 2 years.

Tier 2 Right after uni is very very tough but you will be able to get the job with PSW

If its a normal MSc program then you get 1year study visa + PSW,
but if its a sandwich program you get 2year study visa(1year study+1year placement) + PSW. Is that correct?

When i visited the office site of Glasgow Caledonian University,i came to know that if i apply for January intake then the course will be of 16 months and not of 12 months.. as the fee for 1 year is €15700, so will it be same for the 16 month period too? And also i want to know about the 2 years programme for the same course MSC in Risk Management.. hope u will respond soon..is ot worth opting for placement year?
