Caramel -
100 grams sugar (1/2 cup )
1/4 ml water
Custard or flan
Eggs - 4
Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 cup (100grams)
Fresh milk - 400ml
Cake -
Eggs - 3
Sugar - 1/2 cup (100g)
Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon
Oil - 60 ml (1/4 cup)
All purpose flour -3/4 cup (90g)
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Salt - less than 1/4 teaspoon
Cocoa powder- 1/4 cup

Can i cook it without hot water bath? Just oven itself? If yes, how many minutes is the cooking time

I tried today...totally flop...I pour the cake mixture following by egg milk mixture..that time cake mixture gone inside that egg milk mixture and all togethered...that's not came both layered seperately..help me to solve this...I took the pic but I don't know how to share with u...also when am bake it in oven water In the second pot came outside and after half an hour I took the water pot and kept inside oly batter it took so much time atlas I on top rod also

@@Pinkyshaheen Did you beat the egg and sugar in the cake batter till creamy texture ?
I think your cake batter was in liquid consistency , make sure you cream the sugar and egg well.
Make sure you use a larger vessel for water bath so that the water remains inside .. hope this helps, thank you 😊
