Thanx soooo much I did take 10egg out to put in water to reach room temperature but I onli soaked 5egg because I was waiting on u , nonetheless il use the 5egg with 250g butter etc etc and as for tray/ pan I was wondering if yours is the one which comes in / with the ovens

An another thing my batter never ever turns white , irrespective which recipes i use an also salt i never add , salt is for foods , i dont use for baking

This recipe is a keeper. Moist and just the right amount of sweetness. Put some cardamom sugar glaze on top and decorated with strawberries and blueberries. Was a hit with the crowd. Thanks : )

If y’all swap the vanilla for coconut extract and the butter for coconut oil and the buttermilk for coconut milk and condensed coconut milk, you’ll have a great coconut muffins instead of 2 eggs just 1 and add some shredded coconut flake, it taste delicious.
