Ingredients
All purpose flour- 1 and 1/4 cup (150g)
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Eggs - 3
Sugar - 3/4 cup (175ml)
Oil - 3/4 cup (185ml)
Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
Dry fruits - 1/2 cup
Baking pan- 2 lb loaf tin or 7 inch round tin
Baking temperature- preheated oven at 180•c
Baking time - 40 to 45 minutes
