After Yuri was terminated and wasn't able to keep anything, even though her character existed before being bought by Phase, I'm sure Kirsche avoids actually getting in Phase for a good reason. I feel like Pippa herself lives on the edge of danger, and only does not get booted because she's the top earner.

@BasedOhio , if Kirsche ever enters Phase, they'll own the character, like they own any of the talents that entered Phase. Phase does not operate like Vshojo (although I'm almost sure that Vshojo owns Nazuna and Henya characters). Considering how quickly they fired Yuri with no explanation given, I have no reason to trust fishman any more than I trust other Vtuber corporations. Maybe Kirsche would not be confortable with that.
