    I broke my phone a few months and went without one for the first time in 10 years. It was amazing. Then my husband got me a tablet for our anniversary! I'm getting a bit addicted to CZcams again, but going without a phone for months broke the conditioning, and completely changed my habits for the better.

      I have been fantasizing about doing this off and on for years and reactivating my flip phone. In 2020 i had it activated and i loved it except for when I would travel - we just moved and I don't know where anything is now so it feels like I'm always kinda traveling now. 🙄 maybe someday I'll get back to my flip phone.

    1. No extensive morning routine
    2. Shop the perimeter of the grocery store
    3. Cut out toxicity (environment, people, products, etc.)
    4. Not taking much wellness advice from men
    5. Slower/gentler workouts
    6. Black and White mode on phone
    7. Wake up later
    8. Eat a little slower
    9. Put on real clothes (not pajamas) in the morning
    10. Listen to your body

    It’s interesting that you mention how our bodies are always working FOR us, not against us. I have struggled with gender dysphoria for most of my life (I am biologically female) and even attempted to socially transition for a few years. However, it wasn’t until I really dove into the WHY of my gender dysphoria (utilizing therapy, support groups, doing my own research, etc) that I realized it was my brain’s way of trying to protect me from perceived danger. I’ve gone my whole life being treated as though I was weaker, less than, or somehow worse because I was a woman. I was assaulted and abused because I had the gall to be born female. So my brain decided that if being a woman meant that I was constantly getting hurt, put down, abused, or put in danger, I just simply shouldn’t be a woman anymore.
    My brain gave me anxiety and gender dysphoria and PTSD because it was trying to protect me, not because it was broken. My poor body held so much trapped trauma in an effort to keep me safe and all I could think about was how much I hated myself.
    I’m really thankful for my awesome therapists, my amazing support groups and church buddies, and for God especially, because I began to realize the underlying problems so I could fix them and love on that scared, wounded little part of me.
    Now this isn’t to say every trans person’s story is like mine. But I forced myself to figure out why I felt the way I felt and gave myself the freedom to discover the true me. I told myself that if I truly am trans, then that is my truth and it’s okay. But I wanted to make sure it was MY decision, and not a decision I felt forced to make because I live in a world that wants to kick me down for being a woman.
    I still struggle with gender dysphoria here and there, but I am learning to love and accept the girl that I never had the safety and freedom to be. ❤️

      Yup. I do everything at night so that I have the least work in the morning. Shower, plan an outfit, pack my office bag, check my morning meetings so I'm not rushing.
      The problem here is if I fall asleep early and don't do my nighttime routine , my morning is a mess.

    Wow so glad I stayed until the end to hear the part about “our bodies are always trying to help us”. That was life changing to hear ♥️ I always get upset at my body for getting bloated, tired or having breakouts but no more. Now I will think “ my body is always trying to heal me”

      @@spimi381 thank you 🙏 I am taking a leap of faith and focusing on my lash extensions business. I’m leaving this job so I want to have my own business because I’m tired of being treated like crap at these corporate jobs that don’t give a shit about you and treat you like crap. Life is too short for this negativity.
      And you never know… my business may just take off 🚀

    The soft morning and soft workouts are true for me as im entering my mid 20s. My metabolism isnt the same anymore, so i have to switch it up😅

    I love your videos! This video is 💯 . I’ve been on a holistic journey on and off for the past few years. Slowly releasing negative from my life (things, situations, people, products, food, alcohol etc) and I’ve done it through all these ways your talking about in this video. Great advice. I wish i could have understood this earlier in life but it’s ok because we are all in different paths. For those younger ladies reading this I hope you search for peace early in your life. You deserve and are worth it. Life is so much more enjoyable when you can be strong/stoic and feminine 💗 but it takes balance

    Love these! 💛Especially your last point about knowing your body is working for us, not against us. I have IBS and I experience intense bloat pretty often (still figuring out my triggers & such). I try to remind myself that my body is doing what it needs to do. If my stomach didn't bloat, I would probably be in extreme pain!! So important to connect and appreciate our bodies for all they do.

    This was such a great video, I loved the part about our bodies trying to help us. I had a horrible eczema swelling of my eyes several times, where my eyes all but swelled entirely shut 😂😅, each time it happened it was always because I was pushing myself too much, and was stressed and I realized it was my body trying to make me finally stop and just relax and rest, this last time I had it happen I feel like I learned a lot. So I’ve been trying to not push things anymore and instead just relax, your videos of course were a huge wake up call on letting go and being soft, so thank you!

    Great video, thank you ❤ For the morning routine, I think it makes a difference if you work for yourself and have flexibility throughout your day to get those self care habits in. For me, my job is super stressful and from 9AM-7PM Mon-Fri I don’t have any time for myself. Waking up early and dedicating the first 2-3 hours of my day to prioritizing myself and my physical and mental health is so important❤

    Totally agree about the morning routine. I started doing morning walks/runs with a friend three mornings each week, and I have morning chicken coop responsibilities, which for me is just getting up and going. Just the addition of these two enjoyable activities has completely changed my mornings, without needed to think of it as a “routine” I need to do like chores but reaping the benefits of getting outside, connecting, exercising.

    I don’t go to male doctors because I don’t think they can possibly understand how I feel. In addition I’ve found them to be egocentric and condescending for the most part.

    Thank you again. Wholeheartedly, I thank you because you are a fantastic role model , especially at this time and age where everything is overwhelming and complicated, and people are making it more complex than it’s supposed to be. I believe that life is simple. Things come and go. Generations and generations before us got through, but now, every single minor issue seems like a big deal, and to be honest, in this society, everybody expects the best from you, and the reason might be that social media exists, and a lot of accomplishments, as well as achievements are the usual there, again, everybody is different as you said, and not all people are like that , but it can still also affect us . There’s this newborn mindset that Everything needs to be perfect, flawless, you have to catch up and achieve the impossible just to be up to today’s level . This lifestyle is like a mirage shows how life is full of liberty and fun but that’s not it at all. It’s more like you’re on your nerves every single day, and that’s not how life is meant to be lived. We are meant to live life to its fullest which means everybody has different perspectives, and that suits them . We are not meant to live to suffer to be successful in some thing that we don’t like, but because others are doing it it’s OK . We make mistakes, but that’s also something beautiful since we get to learn from it (free lessons)you know what I’m saying. I fully understand that it was different back then, and how our grandparents dealt with stuff. In a way it was simple back then. They dealt with the real life problems, they got past that. I feel like as the availability of resources increases, we get more weak and stubborn, and peace does not come especially when everything is overwhelming, but thanks to you. You are giving us lessons and guides that are priceless .❤

    You glow in this color💕 women are different, this is so true. There is a campaign in my country where they put attention to women and their heart. Often women die because of heart problems and the symptoms were ignored because we as women have different symptoms of a malfunctioning heart.

    I'm so looking forward to watching this video. Unfortunately, I've been feeling a bit down past few weeks as i finally had a bit of time to take care of myself including getting back to yoga and then my neck muscle messed up and Im going to physio so tahts great 😂😂 so no yoga for me but hopefully this video will give me ideas on how to take care of myself instead ❤❤

    I will say, I started the all natural food thing before the journey to femininity and she's right. But ! I will say this !!!
    Going home and purging out your entire kitchen is extremely liberating ! May seem scary but consider this, all the money you DONT spend on good food? Will come back to you in the form of medical bills when you're 52. Just DO IT.

    I had my mind blown when I learned how different men and women are when it comes to endurance sports training. I had the hardest time finding a coach who understood that women aren’t small men!

    8:11 I agree with this completely so I suffer from PCOS and I recently just had a horrible experience with it. I ended up in the hospital and had a male gynecologist and he didnt know or understand anything. Also about the females they do not test on MENSTRUATING WOMEN. They mostly test on Post Menopausal women because they dont have the same cycles anymore. Women have 3 cycles.

    I loved the video! But being a woman who lives very close to science and health research, just as a lot of girls here, I can say that the lack of knowledge of women's different reaction to substances and exercise is not so much a reality anymore. We already know that heavy exercise like hiit are not that good for most of us women, especially in their 40s, and that we are much more sensible to cortisol as this damages our body faster than men's. So its not a surprise that female athletes have 70% more injuries than the male ones. So yes! We should take care of our health in a slightly different way than men does.

    Haha I've been "shopping in the perimeter" for years without noticing to call it so 😂 I usually just pass through the processed food part like I don't consider it as edible anymore (except for all cereals, spices and beans etc)

    I would love to be able to get up when it’s bright but unfortunately I have to get up at half 4 because it takes me really long to get to my work placement so it’s still dark when I get up 😭

    I never had big problems with skin. Only some small black heads that I wanted to get rid of. But then I watched lots of videos on CZcams how I have to take care of my skin. I learned everything about it and decided to start. I’ve never been allergic to anything. And I ended up having pimples all over my face (especially my mouth and chin). I was changing products but the problems was still there. And then I stopped using everything. And you know what? All problems disappeared in two weeks and my skin is absolutely perfect again. I tried ALL best advices how to take care of skin and it made my skin soooo bad! The conclusion is: don’t be a slave of ads and marketing.
