Allowing someone to finish what they were saying after an interruption is so so important. I always sat with a group of girls at lunch in highschool. I was the only one who, for some reason, everyone felt like they could talk over. I was often interrupted during the rare time I tried to speak. I still have very good feelings towards the one girl who would see that happen and turn to me and ask me about what I was saying. I remember her as being so kind and so warm and, over a decade later, I'm still thankful for the effort she made to include me.
I didn’t like people being ignored as a kid, so I did exactly what that kind girl did for you. I would turn and ask the person if they could continue because I wanted to hear what they had to say. ❤
I used to practice going to see a play or music alone and standing in the middle of the lobby. I would compose myself and relax, and tried to look at and smile at every single person. It became more and more comfortable. I would also do what my mother often did which was just “wave” to “someone” (but really no one) across this crowded lobby. 😂 You look open and friendly and not alone.
"Charisma makes people attractive but what is it actually? Charisma is really just a blend of two key traits: warmth and competence."
Fascinating video, Let's stop taking relationship and family for granted. I have battled depression since my wife left me. I have tried all I can to make her see that I love her with everything I am made of but she has insisted on leaving. This has made me so empty, and I do not know what to do. I can barely function properly at work. I am frustrated and miserable. I really miss her.
I'm keen on meeting the counsellor you're talking about. What steps should I take?
Thank you for this information. I have just looked her up on Google. impressive.
Hi there,it seems you loved her truly but did she love you equally if yes why she left, and if no she doesn't deserve your love,so stop wasting more time for her, life is too precious to waste, it's your job to overcome your pains, goodluck💐
Love the tips on Body Language, it's ... not easy, but you're so right about this !! I've improved a little bit this year and one thing that really helped me grow confidence outside is to also change the way I act at home :
Not rushing, taking my time, taking space in my own apartment, calmer/slower gestures, bigger movements, planning & being more mindful rather than reacting to things, like ... why was I sneaking around in my own house, going straight from A to B hugging the wall and cutting corners as close as possible, opening cupboards or my fridge barely wide enough to slip a hand in there and grab an item ... before acting confident in a crowd, that shift in mindset that I don't have to try and take as little space as possible, that any space is my space and you're all living in it, helped a lot!
I love this, and completely agree with it!!! It makes a huge difference being this woman at home, privately and publicly.
I am ridiculously extroverted and usually in the centre of the room cracking jokes. Or on a stage. One of the best feelings is bringing people together and watching them flurish. A sweet recent moment was when the very quiet girl in church took me and said, "I appreciate how much you make me feel seen. I had so much fun today." Before she returned home to her books. 🎉❤
I found that reminding myself that I deserve to take up space is such a game changer in meetings where I feel uncomfortable. Sometimes the physical cues help our mind remember that we deserve our chair at the table.
Before I walk into a room I put my phone up, lift my head, let out a big breath, tell myself show time, this is my run way and enter the room making eye contact. And strangers tell me I look like a Hollywood star. It’s all the energy
People remember personality is something which is build overtime time it's not spontaneous so just keep going ang keep practicing!
Smiles and love from this side ....❤
I like all of your videos, but I'm pinning this one!
Another thing I've noticed is that poor communicators (low charisma) use common experiences to hijack conversations. Eg. "I went to New York, too. It was so funny because..." Good communicators use common experiences to support the conversation. Eg. "New York is fun. Do you have any taxi stories?" Maybe not the best example, but something that encourages the other person to keep talking about their experiences.
I think I'm sometimes guilty of this, but I was recently on the other side of this kind of conversation and you're right, it was PAINFUL haha
I had family coming over and visiting our city - they wanted badly to talk about their days and I could see a huge difference between when my Mum was asking them about it, which made the conversation lively (expectations vs reality, what they thought of it, if they were OK with the commute, their plans for the following day, ideas tailored to needs by telling them to make small detours near places they'd already planned to visit) ... while my Dad was out there listing the hundred things they could/should have done and would not have the time to do, and how his trips were better organized, and what they saw overrated - making sure to make it the most boring and one-sided conversation possible.
The "you were saying" tip is something I've been following regularly, because it happens to me so often that I get cut off for whatever reason and I end up feeling like nobody cares what I had to say (in general I'm the type who doesn't get taken seriously in social situations). I wouldn't want anyone out there to feel the way I've been feeling and I want them to remember that they matter as much as anyone else in the room.
One of the most genuine and effective videos on communicational skills.
Very good video Jillz. I love how you explain things. And I find you to be the perfect example of a charismatic woman.
JILLZ! i need your videos on spotify as a podcast! pleaseeeeeeeee
You have such a beautiful and calming voice, Jillz! I've known you for a week and I'm already a fan. A warm hug from Brazil to you 💕💕

Thanks, Jillz, this was another great video. I'm here again to urge you to create more guided meditation audio files. I've been listening to yours daily and it has made a huge difference in my life. Please consider making more. Perhaps one for a quick mid-day break and another for use before bed?
Embracing your authentic self and exuding confidence are key to becoming the most charismatic and alluring woman in the room. It's about owning your unique qualities, cultivating inner charisma, and expressing genuine interest in others. Confidence, warmth, and genuine authenticity are magnetic qualities that draw people to you effortlessly.
It can be scary, but the moments I have done it, I’ve noticed that people were drawn to me. I’m naturally a bashful introvert, but something inside me wants everyone to have a good time around me
@@sandyavalos3305 Keep being your authentic self-your warmth and sincerity are truly captivating!
As a pretty tall and curvy autistic woman with ADHD this whole charisma thing seems to come with some extra challenging aspects but I realised a lot of the things listed in the video I already do and learning to do them with more awareness will actually help me both be even more charismatic and especially be more I n t e n t i o n a l l y charismatic like for job interviews, and it helps me to pause from it from time to time as well. Because doing all these things for an autistic person can be really exhausting and learning about these small details of masking is very helpful in learning to de-mask as well. Thank you very much for sharing all these things you learned Jillz!
hello, gosh i always felt i was off and did not know what it was, then i saw your shorts and i kinda knew i was not in my feminine and i have chased away a lot of the opposite gender from my life with negative energy and inwardly, i sought attention and approval. But watching your videos helped me understand better where i was want to be. And most Importantly detach from the outcome while i am in the process. Thank You so MUCH!
I think energy is the most important component. Because while learning about social skills every coach or person taught me about communication and body language but nobody talked about energy. I improved my body language and communication but still wasn't feeling that charisma from myself. But now I know that I was actually not staying in my own energy bubble and that was the problem. I learnt this today. Now I will start working on my energy. It was a very helpful video. Btw, Love your aura and your videos Jillz ❤️✨
Loved it! Especially the energy part❤

This color of the dress/shirt is very flattering on you!
Hi Jillz, first of all I love your content. It has helped me a lot through my fememine awakening and to slowly embrace my fears. I would love to enter your course to dig more into that beautiful energy as I tend to be more into my masculine and inner child energy, not tapping so much into my divine feminine. I really hope to be chosen for the free training. With love, Cecile

Thank you, Jillz, for this enlightening and helpful video. It is exactly what I needed to hear today. ~When I was younger, I strictly relied on looks to be "attractive". At this point in my life I'm learning you can be alluring as a woman even beyond midlife, and you are giving me the tools.
You truly are a blessing. ❤ 0:27

I feel like over time I've started to only want validation from others and that would be my only motivation to do things (and that would give me so much anxiety if it was negative commentary), and it's like how you said.. letting people affect your energy and affecting the way you feel... I struggle so much..
Your dog is soo cute
Many thanks for your advices 🤍
Please, could you make a video about black cat/golden retriever 🙏🏼 Many thanks again 💕💕💕

It’s quite shocking how few people know about the book Women’s Magic Truths on borlest
can you please make a video on how to be feminine while also making the right wise decisions? actually im 18 but not much matured & i end up behaving very stupidly in a way which is unacceptable by my boyfriend. we have been fighting for some months & i have promised him so i really need your help i guess. btw i loveee loveeeee your videos been binge watching them
Can you make a video about how to know if your friend is real friend or fake friend?🥺
The fact that nobody talks about the booknWomens Magic Truths on borlest speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance
Can i ask a question? I think i naturally have these 'warmth' traits. And it's kinda true that it makes people trust me, they're drawn to me, but the problem is i am an introverted person like very introverted. When people trust you they starting to cling to you and really expect things with you. It leaves me highly exhausted and sometimes ended up cutting them off and isolating myself. What should i do😭 but thank you beforehand for your tips and valuable insights 🥰
Is hard for me to stay in my energy! 😢 when people annoyed me it bothers me more than I wish! Any advice?
Hey jillz
Ppl keep telling me that i sound rude and mean even when i dont say anything of that sort . How do i overcome this ? I feel like this conversational barrier is keepin me from connecting with people when i feel i have sm potential .
if i come in to a situation and i have no one to talk to because everyone are talking to their own friends. should i just push into their conversations?
dude your dog is a payed actor hes always there!!!!
Damn failed at charisma today morning at church 😢...dead ass guilty
When it comes to communication, don’t give “damn that’s crazy” energy😂
I was all this one year before...all the people walked over me 😢
hey! did you announce the giveaway yet? it's my birthday today and let's hope for the best 🎀
In our religion complimenting someone while he's absent is better than complimenting him in his face❤
❤❤❤❤
♥️
❤❤❤❤❤
It’s kinda crazy how nobody’s talking about the book womens magic truths on borlest
