      Really? How much longer can Russia sustain 800 human losses per day? Do you believe they’ll be able to sustain those losses until they reach Kyiv?

    FPV/First Person View drone is a drone with a video camera inside it. The pilots wears a headset so he can see what the camera inside the drone sees.
    I believe that the Preditor is similar. Otherwise, how are the pilots flying them?
    A regular RC aircraft is 3rd person. You’re controlling it by seeing it from the outside. They can’t do that with the Preditor because they’re flying them too far away.

    This simple straightforward objective interview is exceptional. It's strength is that the Interviewer is NOT a Ukraine-Russia War expert, but a normal intelligent informed person. The Interviewee is a clear-spoken expert with great depth and impressive objectivity who knows every detail from all angles. I follow the war 8 hours a day - so I'm very familiar. What accounts for its exceptionality is that the Interviewer asks very good questions that any casually informed geopolitically inclined intelligent person would ask. Some questions even exposed areas in which I am under-informed or thinking i have a clear understanding, when I actually don't! For example: Interviewer asked "What the difference btw an FPV drone (First Person View) and a regular drone.... It seemed to catch the Expert by surprise (as it did me) when he realized he couldn't actually specify the difference. (Inspiring me to Google it now!) Also, the two both have an exceptional understanding of national and international geo-politics and national politics & conflicting national interests & power/influence dynamics which many many other analysts lack. Great job!
    And Slava Ukraine (for a multitude of good reasons! ) 🇺🇦

    So how will Ukraine survive after losing Odessa after Russia takes it and will Poland exercise their pre WW1 claims to western Ukraine and will Hungary exercise their pre WW1 claims to southern Ukraine?

  • @AllaricHarosyn

    Title this interview “Whatever else do not say Ukraine is losing the War”
    I couldn’t take this incredible bs after the dude just now realized that Ukraine scuttled their own navy 10 YEARS AGO, and the other dude thinks that reneging on a peace settlement is a military victory, uh no you didn’t win the battle of Kiev you almost lost your capital and you only survived because Russia agreed to withdraw and that was your last chance to save the rest of Ukraine and 10’s of thousands of Ukrainians.

    That part on the tankers is very incorrect though indeed a small products tanker was hit. So Russia is not using the Black Sea ship to much oil. The largest shipper of oil in the Black Sea is Kazakhstan, who uses Russian terminals. US oil companies have quite a presence in Kazakhstan and own part of the midstream assets. So if Ukraine goes afters tankers, it is more likely to sink a ship carrying oil for an American company then a Russian one right now. Neither side can just sink civilian ships although both quite easily good. The grain flows because it is simply more dangerous than it's worth to interdict ships in the Black Sea. Sinking ships is easy but boarding them is not.

      The guy said during the summer counter offensive, that Ukraine had no air cover, and apparently he's not aware of many of Ukraine's air defenses being taken out recently, and Russia has been increasing air strikes because of the depleted air defenses...but somehow Ukraine is slowly winning the air war. This guy traveled all the way to Ukraine and Moldova to come back with this nonsensical "insight". What a waste of time and money.

      #1) Ukraine has been cut-off cold turkey from USA resupply for over 6 months. Unexpectedly, I might add;
      #2) Despite this, and having fought a nation 3x its population, 12x its GNP, and "the 2nd Best Military in the World" for 10 years (!) Ukraine is still holding its own (with losses less than one third of Russia's);
      #3) Ukraine has shot down 2 of 5 Russian "AWACs." (One of the smallest oldest Air Forces in the world against one of the best);
      #4) Ukraine is not permitted to use Western weapons on Russian territory (to hit their bases - effectively creating safe harbor for Russia whilst Ukraine has no such thing);
      #5) Russia breaks International Law & Geneva Convention nonstop (dams, civilians, powerplants, torture, castration, murder of civilians & POWs, Abduction & brainwashing of children in order to conscript them as "meat" when they come of age, etc). Ukraine does none of this and follows International Law.
      10 years of this type of War against Russia ...yet you suggest Ukraine is losing?? SMH

    What a load of BS - I love how they start by saying that their listeners are smart and informed and then the guest doesn't realize Moldova doesn't border the Black Sea and that Odessa is in Ukraine. He obviously doesn't bother listening to the Hudson Institute, lucky him, I listen to it just to find out what nonsense propaganda they spew out and how misinformed their listeners are.
    You should inform your listeners with the truth - Ukraine lost the war a LONG time ago - it's now just a question of how many innocent people die and how much Ukrainian territory the Russians want to take without provoking NATO into getting DIRECTLY involved, because indirectly they have been ever since this USA provoked proxy war between the USA and Russia started in February 2014.

    • @jeffheiner

      The USA is already split and its split in major ways on generational bounds too.
      My children and their peers do not believe there is a future in the USA and this is leading that generation to despair and to lash out.
      Like MAGA, is it just a lash out mechanism?

    • @heimizhou450
      @heimizhou450 Před 2 měsíci

      the motivation of slogan "MAGA" is only for the position of the president. Trump did not know any practical way of it. He even did not know why he was removed from this position. most far right wing like what trump doing. I think most of USA people don't like him. (BTW I hate far Left wings. really)
