Additional metadata in Microsoft Teams approvals

  • In this video I am showing you how you can set some additional metadata, that is used by Microsoft Teams approvals: Priority and Source, when triggering the approval process from Power Automate.

    Interesting!
    Seems like MS is finally making the approval app better and I can't wait for the new version of the Approval connector for Power Automate.
    There is so much I would like to be included in this approval app... too limited for our big company and the flow we build get crazy because of that 🥴

      I totally understand. The new endpoints should be released this month, to make the approvals automation even easier :)

    @Tomasz How do you access the dataverse table that has all this Metadata you are looking at? I would like to be able to see all the approvals I sent that used the reassign feature.

      Simply via Dataverse tables - it's the Approval table. Take a look at my other videos around approvals. It's all explained there :)
