Also, towards the end of 2022 a document leaked from the Russian Ministery of Finance that showed that at that time already they were paying out damages for 49'000 families that have lost a member in the war. And we all know they're just paying for the ones who's bodies they recover, which is probably no more than half of the actual dead. Those they don't recover they categorise under "missing" (even though it's clear they've died in an attack), which means they don't have to pay anything.
Moreover, looking at male excess deaths, at least 85'000 have died in the war - and we know from the pandemic that Russia likes to divide their excess deaths by about 6 before they publicise them. That doesn't mean it's 85k x 6 dead, but it certainly means they're playing down the war casualties (which is also proven by the comically low official numbers coming out of Russia). Given these facts, I'd say the Ukrianians are counting pretty accurately, maybe even underestimating the numbers.

Russia is not the Soviet Union (which included both Ukraine and the Baltics) so the comparisons here of casualties in WWII and 1980s Afghanistan to today by this supposed "expert" are rather foolish. The reality is that Putin's war is quite costly for Russia.
As to Ukrainian mobilization and conscription age this again pushes Russian propaganda by leaving out the details if the actual ages involved. Ukraine just lowered conscription from 27 to 25 years old, so by simply saying they are recruiting "younger" soldiers may make people think they are recruiting very young men which they are not.

Pro-West/Pro Ukraine outlets Mediazona and the BBC are conducting an in depth study of Russian losses and its way below 50k. This is regarded as the most accurate assessment - and as such is never mentioned, even by those 2 outlets. But still, lets go with your number. Russias armed forces are more powerful than NATO's, Russias economy is booming, there leader is the most populer in the world, and our UK economy has been crippled trying to sanction Russia. I don't where you get that number from but it's way higher than 50,000 !! Your list hasn't even included soldiers killed/wounded in Luhansk and Donetsk. Ukraine says approx 450,000 have been removed from the battlefield through dead and wounded and the US in Feb' said 313,000. If you divide that into the 1/3rd ratio you're looking at least 100,000 killed.
The BBc need to hire some people who can count.

Russia is firing about 7 times the artillery shells every day in comparison to Ukraine. Russia is also able to freely use FAB glide bombs in large quantities. Russia is able to rotate troops out of front line duty. Russia has been holding and taking ground steadily for the past few months and all signs are of increasing pressure by the Russian forces. Russians appear to be able to strike almost any target in Ukraine due to a lack of air defense. Ukraine troops are regularly giving up and surrendering. France sent troops to Ukraine because the situation is dire. Sure, Ukraine can win this war.

And one more thing: the English poodles of the USA also took part in the Afghanistan war, which violates international law, and that for 20 years and in the end the USA and its NATO vassals fled the country and the millions of Afghan civilians do not play a role for England, you have a lot of blood on your hands

So how is ruZZia winning? Gained a few km at the cost of thousands as usual?
