  • Hello!! There are more than 100 people cheering for me, so I feel good.
    Since I always make food, I think my appetite is decreasing. Let's all work hard on dieting together!
    [Ingredients for 2 meals]
    - 300g of chicken leg meat. (You can replace chicken breast)
    Half an onion.
    1 spoon of minced garlic.
    As much as you want to eat sliced cabbage,
    mozzarella cheese
    - Vegetables, sesame leaves (to your taste)
    - 1 spoon of red pepper paste, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 4 spoons of allulose, half a spoon of oyster sauce, and a little bit of pepper and salt.
    Recipe
    1. Cut the onions into bite-size pieces and wash the chopped cabbage thoroughly.
    2. Over medium heat, put avocado oil in a pan or pot, put chicken skin facing down, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
    3. Turn it upside down and grill it until it's golden.
    4. Remove the oil with a kitchen towel and cut the meat into small pieces.
    5. Add a spoon of garlic and stir-fry it once so that the scent can permeate.
    6. Add sliced onions and cabbages and stir-fry them.
    7. Add the prepared seasoning over medium and low heat and stir-fry them well.
    8. Put the spicy stir-fried chicken on one side over low heat, put the cheese , and wait until the cheese melts.
    9. Enjoy your favorite toppings and ingredients.
