- In this episode I catch a rainbow trout and make some delicious trout tacos. Using a tortilla, avocado, onions, cheese and a wonderfully fresh rainbow trout from a local creek I had the most amazing outdoor dinner. Winter fishing has been very tough recently, but I have done some fishing over the last month. In this episode I go over all my fishing adventures for the month of January 2024.
