Where did that come from? Tyson never fought anyone of their(70's) caliber until he began fighting the likes of Holyfield,Lewis and,yes,Douglas on that night in Tokyo. They all handed him his jockstrap.
Media did NOT make Tyson a hero, at his prime he was a TRUE champion and a an unbeatable fighter. His power, accuracy and head movement was a deadly combination that no other fighter whether in past or present could stand a chance against. He is the most well-trained powerful fighter i've ever seen. So I respect that you could stand and fight Tyson, Mr Smith, and I respect that you could survive that battle without being KO-ed by the most devastating puncher ever . But don't talk nonsense! Because Media could lie to you but it could never possibly make you lose a real fight, only your opponent's feasts could and Tyson was a better and her deserved to win against you

I remember seeing Holmes himself bieleving in all the hype around Tyson ( no mentionning his poor physical condition ).
